Buyer Beware! Went and bought a new phone and made a remark about not being able to use the hotspot with the unlimited plan. Then, to my surprise, I was told I could and just the first 12 gigs used through the hotspot. So, of course, I changed. A couple of days later, I was in the My Cricket app and noticed that I was on the Pro plan and not unlimited. Went in to have it changed back and was told I couldnt have the hotspot at all. I explained what was told that I was misinformed and it was too bad. Very disappointed...

do not go to this store. They just hired this con artist Scott golisano..he will literally take your money and add nonsense on your account just to feed his kids...please go anywhere but here unless you like dealing with cons and scumbags..I called to speak to manager and the guy was rude and hung up on me...I will make sure no1 does business with this Scott gentleman or do business with cricket because they hired him
