The salesman was wonderful until I walked out the door with the phones. I had a 14 day trial on a Iphone 6 and LG V10. I was told that I would have a $20 discount and my salesperson told me he would follow up and get that, but he never did. Thus, I was not happy with my monthly bill. He sent me rude and unacceptable text messages, telling me that he had no time for me, that he asked his manager for help with discounts....giving me days that I would have an answer and then the day would come and nothing. I would call him, and he would be irritated because it was his day off, like I would know that. Then he gave me a second date that his manager would get back to me, and refused to give me the managers name.....because he NEVER contacted a manager. He also told me that this was an official, "real" Verizon store and I found out on my 13 trial day that he lied. He also lied about ordering my promotion package on the V10. He never sent me the promised email confirmation. I asked again the following week, and he pretended that he lost my email even though we had emailed each other. I gave it to him again, and again, he did not provide the information. I found out from a manager, that he never even ordered it. He lied to me. THREE lies, brazen outright lies. Great service does not stop when the customer walks out the door. Lastly he encouraged me not to trade in my old phones, and now the store is telling me that I cant trade them in, its too late (to lower my bill). Theres more....but this was all done in the official name of Verizon Wireless, and this store is NOT an official Verizon store. Its a reseller. They are misleading people.

My mom and I came into the Marketplace Mall Verizon where we had purchased our phone previously. The sales rep Christian A. was incredibly helpful in making the insurance claim as well as finding us a phone(our phone was not in stock anymore and we were allowed the next newest phone available). The rep called multiple stores and even another rep who had just stopped in on his day off was helping us with finding a phone and informing us to have one of our old phones handy because we are going on vacation in the morning and if the phone didnt arrive in time, we would have a phone ready to use if it died on vacation before we got the new phone. The insurance company sent us the phone overnight to our house because the phone was not in stock in the store. We already made sure to come back to Christian to set up and transfer our broken phone to the new one. It was nice the rep did everything for us and walked us through the process so we knew when and what was happening. We will definitely come back to see Christian for new phones this year when our upgrades come due. Thank you!

I was here a few weeks back, and I was having a ton of problems with my Samsung S5. I went to a corporate store down the road on Jefferson and was told I had to call customer service because they couldnt do anything in store. My phone was freezing and I couldnt make calls. I happened to be in the mall that same day. I went into the Verizon to get a second opinion, Jake Ladd said there was a problem with the software update. He tried a bunch of stuff to fix the problems, but nothing would work. He then asked if I had any other things to do in the mall, which I did, and then took my phone to back it up on the cloud and then reset it. He promised all of my pics and info would be there and the phone would be fixed within a couple hours. I came back from shopping and my phone was fixed and everything was there like he promised. I have visited this store multiple times in the past. My visits have usually been ok, however this a couple of months ago I went to see about edging up again and meet one of the Best Sales Associates I have had the privilege to meet. Curtis Mooney. This man is an awesome person. Very accommodating,answers all of my family questions and just a well rounded person. I have encouraged many people to go and visit him. As my youngest daughter will say," Curtis Rocks". I love the fact that he keeps me updated on new items in the store and treats me like a valued client. Not just another person. I expect him to go far in whatever he persues. Keep up the great work Curtis and thank you for all your help.

I went in to price things out for a new smart phone and Jennifer was so meticulous in making sure I understood exactly what was what. Then, I went to the corporate location on Jefferson just to see if there might be a better deal. What a difference! The sales people there were rushing, unfriendly, and impatient. Upon getting the same numbers, I turned around and went straight back to the mall to meet with Jennifer again, and purchased my smart phone there. She was amazing!! She patiently answered ALL of my questions, and took care of everything!! The entire vibe of that store was friendly and fun. It was an excellent experience!

Ive never been one to gush about a customer experience - but market place cellular sales was far superior to many other stores Ive been to for similar services. One representative in particular (Aaron M) exceeded my expectations greatly. He was attentive and honestly interested in getting me a phone that catered to what I wanted to get out of it. I got a rather new device that didnt have much out in the realm of accessories - he called stores to check inventory to get me what I needed/wanted. He went above and beyond. I would recommend this store (and Aaron) to anyone.

I had the best experience with Chris Hart a salesman who took care of a problem with my Samsung 5 phone. The charger on the phone was messed up. It wasnt excepting charging from my recharger. Because my phone was in mint shape and still on insurance I received my new phone the following day;) It was nice that he checked the problem first before trying to sell me a new phone! Excellent Customer Service at Market Place Mall in Henrietta... Thanks Chris!!!

I was professionally greeted by Sales Manager Christopher Penna as I entered the store. I was very impressed with the professional appearance of the employees and the manner in which they conducted business. As Chris waited on me, he greeted everyone as they entered the store. I went to this store after experiencing what I considered to be bad service and walking out of a Verizon store just down the road. Chris Pennas team has earned my business.
