I was passing through the area when my phone went completely dead. luckily there was a Verizon wireless store conveniently located in the Village Center of Bealeton. For those of you who live somewhere between Gainsville and Warranton, you know what Im talking about. To my surprise I was greeted immediately by a super friendly rep who was quick to talk through my concerns. Not only was he able to resolve my issues, he was able to he me find hidden savings with my plan, without needed to commit to anything. He was able to get me into a new device after exhausting every avenue of trouble shooting on my existing device. He didnt try to push me into anything, but rather focused on qualifying me for a device and plan based on my needs. He was never pushy, always polite and professional. Ali Shah is a true brand ambassador for Verizon and a beacon of customer service. I would recommend everyone to go to this store and experience the level of customer service and attention to detail i received. 10s all the way!!!!

I entered the Verizon store and was promptly greated by Shaw and Dustin. We were interested in switching from sprint to Verizon. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient and professional. They answered our every question and request. I couldnt have been happier with the experience and would recommend them and the store to everybody. Thank you very much for making me a new customer. I came to this store to ask for a home phone. After going through all the details with shah, I decided to switch my account from sprint to verizon. He explained everything in detail. Gave me the best pricing and plan. transferred all of my data for no charge. We need more people like him in customer service. This is our family store from now on. Thank you shah and Verizon. Luckily I found this location and the gentleman is probably best person I have ever worked with in a store. He did everyhing for me and reactivated my accont . Shah is amazing at his job. I have bought several devices from the Bealeton store. The staff is always welcoming and willing to answer all my questions, even after the sale. I have been to the Warrenton store and waited an unbelievable amount of time to be waited on. While I sometimes have to wait, its not very long and the staff keeps me up to date on wait time and they never forget about me.

No wait, the manager greeted me and got me a new Galaxy S8+ in under an hour. Very friendly with my wife as well. I had come from The VW store in Culpeper after sitting for 50 minutes while being told that the phone was in stock, only for the manager there to say it wasnt.
