Bad experience sadly! I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years and until yesterday have always had a good experience. I purchased an iphone 7plus from the Warrenton Verizon Store few months ago along with a Lifeproof protective case. I was assured by my salesman that if I ever had a problem with the case I could bring it back to the store for an exchange/replacement as long as it was within the first year. Well, he was either lying to get an accessory sale or the manager woke up on the wrong side of the bed yesterday because she was very rude and not accommodating whatsoever. She said that I would have to send it back to the manufacturer. I explained to her that the salesman assured me when I bought the case that if I had a problem, I can bring it to their store. She said "Because their was a scratch on the phone case they can no longer do anything for me". Are you serious? That is not even the reason I was wanting to exchange it, it keeps getting dust in it and it is supposed to be "waterproof". The manager was more than rude and I will never return to this location again because this past experience. If you decide to, good luck getting them to keep their word, some people will do anything to get a sale these days....

Honestly I spent 2 hours in the Warrenton store, but it was because we were adding 2 new cellphone lines, upgraded 1 cellphone, and purchased some other items. It was well worth the time. Our saleswoman was named Nicole and she was very knowledgeable and addressed our concerns. She fully explained every charge, answered every questions, and even helped delete data from old cellphone (manually, which took about an hour to complete). She had many customers waiting, but insisted to stay with us until we were completely up and running and were satisfied with all our devices. I would not hesitate to visit this location again, especially if Nicole is there because her customer service skills were exceptional.

If you have a problem thats at all complicated, these guys will take the time to fix it. Every time Ive been in the store, Ive left with a solution I couldnt find on Verizons various web sites. The answers, by the way, are always less expensive than I was expecting. Im now switching to a cellphone plan with Verizon that I never knew existed to replace my 2 other plans and my data plan. Their knowledge and honesty are exactly what I need. They have also discouraged me from buying things from them on multiple occasions because they felt there were better and cheaper solutions. Who could ask for more?

I like Verizon products and the quality of the service except for trying to contact someone for assistance over the phone. You can waste thirty minutes of your time just answering the prompts and waiting to speak with someone while always being reminded to go online for service and listening to ads. Unless you are willing to drive to the actual location of the store and wait in line to speak to someone the tech support is very bad when it comes to consideration of your time. Customer service via phone is not a high priority for Verizon. Very disappointing.

I had geared up for a long day at the store today. I was pleasantly surprised. I still spent and hour at the store, but I had many new items/transactions and the staff assisted me in setting up my new items. The salesman that assisted me was wonderful and very knowledgeable. While at the store, all of the staff members were extremely polite and offered to go out of their way. Very different experience from the last time I visited. Please keep up the good work and management, it is VERY much appreciated.

Miss Jacki was absolutely wonderful and kind and greeted me with a smile even though I was having a rough day. My phone was broken and she went over my best options and was not too pushy unlike other people Ive dealt with in the past at this store. I even got moved to the unlimited plan and I purchased a device that is now going to allow me to have internet at my home which no body told me about before. I suggest going to this location only to see HER!

Be prepared to spend 2 hours regardless of what you are doing there. And the last time we went in for a new phone, I said, "I want the cheapest phone you have. I use it very little." The sales person said, "This phone is free." We just checked our bill, and we are being charged $168 for the equipment. Verizon says we have to visit the store to correct what the store messed up and I am not in looking forward to another 2 hours in the store.

Jacki helped make my transition from iPhone to my new Motorola very easy. She was thorough and patient throughout the whole process. She went through all of my options and even offered other products and services she thought I would be interested in. Moving forward I will only be working with her for all of my Verizon needs. She is an asset to the company and they are lucky to have her.
