Not sure why the bad ratings..? We have been with them since 2012 and have 3 phones .Yes,sometimes they are busy but anytime i have had an issue with a phone they helped fix the problem or answered my questions when I call. We also travel alot and have had great service..Florida, Texas ,California even Maui, Hawaii...great value and owners are always very friendly!! Go see for yourself.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE rep couldnt explain why money overpaid did not go onto the next months bill due while a promo was supposed to be given for the first two months...waited on hold for customer service on the phone TWICE since the in store rep would not put me on the phone the first time.

Horrible phone and internet service service is in and out. Customer service is not present at all. Beware for bottom of the barrel phones for twice the price.
