Dont use Lifeline Rescue Lets start from the beginning. I washed my phone in my jeans and ruined my cell phone. I found out that Bulldog Federal Credit Union offered an extended warranty from MasterCard if I paid my bill with my MasterCard. After applying for this service, I was told I needed a service professional to give me an itemized receipt of the damages. Knowing that the nearest Apple store was Tysons Corner I decided to call a local business to get this done faster. I called Jeremy (Lifeline Rescue) and he told me to come over and he would take a look at it. When I arrived, there was a little old lady standing in his shop. She was just leaving as I walked to the counter. After she left he proceeded to verbally trash this woman telling me that she smelled so bad, and he couldnt wait till she left his store. I politely laughed, but ignored his comments, and proceeded with our transaction. I told Jeremy that I didnt have the typical extended warranty, and that this was through MasterCard. Jeremy then opened my cell phone by removing 2 screws. Looking at it, and confirming that it was bad. Facts that I already knew. I told him I only needed a service slip showing that the phone was bad. He quickly rang me up for $69.99. Yes $69.99 for 10 minutes. I got a little worried and again told Jeremy that this wasnt the typical insurance. He assured me that "he had worked with them all" I would be reimbursed the $69.99." Taking him at his word I reluctantly paid him the $69.99. Since then the claim was filed, and I never received a reimbursement for the $69.99, which would have been free through Apple they wont charge you to look at a device. I contacted Jeremy and tried to get a refund for the $69.99, or at least I thought he would work with me on this. But no, his reply was "Sorry never got an email. Insurance claim quotes are non refundable. The insurance company usually reimburses you but ultimately its up to you to make sure they do." The problem is, I did call the insurance company and they said, the extended warranty they offer only covers the phone. No other fees. Also, he never explained to me that the charge was non refundable, and his digital receipt doesnt tell his customers that either. Bottom line. Jeremy didnt do much of anything. He opened my phone taking 2 screws out, and took 2 pictures. The process took all of about 10 minutes. Do you think that is worth $69.99? Word of advice, do not use his services. he is not a trustworthy company. Or a man of his word. Do not use Lifeline Rescue. The dude is a crook.

After having spent all morning fighting with my cell phone company and the phone insurance i called lifeline rescue and talked with Jeremy. He had me bring in my phone. Looked at it, answered all my questions, qouted me and fixed my fone in a about an hr, so i could have my phone for my job. An awesome guy. Amazing work and good prices. He was even able to fix my camera. So glad i found this store. Hes definitely my first stop next time!!!! Anyone who needs there phone fixed go to jermemy!

BEST PLACE EVER ! I was so tired of my phone freezing up and randomly shutting itself off at times so i was going to get a new one . My friends said dont waste your money on a new one go to Lifeline Rescue and that i did. Great place for sure and in a matter of no time i was in and out and my phone is good as new ! Seriously people dont waste your money on a new phone when you can go there and have anything from bugs to a cracked screen fixed in no time and affordable prices for sure !

I shattered the screen of my iphone6 plus, and have the geek squad insurance. I called them and they said it would take 5 days to get my "new" phone and cost me $200 plus tax - Ive been paying $20 a month for the insurance. I called LifeLine and they were able to fix it same day and quick! I didnt lose any info/pictures/videos I would have with the refurbished phone sent from geek squad! Great service! And Quick! Highly recommend!!

Jeremy did an amazing job fixing my note2 (display, screen, repairing the bent frame, even the battery was ruptured) I continued using that phone without any issues for over a year and a half until I upgraded to my new note, which Im about to take to him for repair... I recommend him to everyone I know.. His price is always fair, customer service is great, and he is very knowledgeable.
