I was given misleading information on multiple occasions! I was sold equipment that was outdated and is not able to be upgraded... i.e. the Galaxy View! I was lied to about programs and rates that would be charged! I have learned through Verizon that this is not the first time that this has happened, with GoWireless! This is certainly not the first time, that it happened to me! I should have known better from the first visit, but I decided to give them a second chance and was misled and lied to again! Not to mention that they over charge for accessories that can be bought at multiple other locations for a much lower price! I will never shop there again!

Top notch customer and technical service at this location! Had issues with my phone when I changed the number on 09/01/16. Spent 4.5 hours with online Verizon help(useless), Verizon Online Chat(useless), and 2 hours yesterday at this store. Went back when they opened this morning as phone still did not work. 5 Star Kudos to Alex and Nathan for their perseverance and tenacity through the endless loop of transferred calls within Verizon Tech Support. Alex and Nathan are top notch agents, and both are knowledgeable (more so than anyone I spoke with at Verizon), extremely helpful and courteous. A rarity these days. Thanks Nate and Alex.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE Caught the sales person in lie. Was told that a charger i was buying was already discounted and that i couldnt use my corporate discount. A real Verizon store gave me the details on authorized stores shortly after my visit. This store is not by Verizon, only authorized, and they generally dont give the discounts you normally receive without asking as that would cut into their profits. The sales person should have be up front with me, I would still bought the item, but now will not patronize this store. Charger quit about 30 days later also.

My husband and I had some questions on our I-phones and were told to go to the Norland Avenue office to get help. Alex set aside time to sit down and work with us. He was very helpful and explained different features to us as well as answered our questions and went over our account to see where he could save us money on our monthly bill. It was a great experience and we were told to come back if we have any problems or questions in the future. I would recommend this office to others.

Ive been to several different phone stores, but none of them made me feel like a valued customer the way this one did. The staff is friendly, helpful and more than willing to walk you through all of the phone buying options. I would definitely recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for a new phone or phone carrier.

Alex is always very helpful when we come in. It is a smaller store, and it feels more personal when you go in, they even remembered us the last time we stopped in! I enjoy visiting this store when we are in the area to see what is new, and they are always willing to look at our bill for us and find a way to save us money.
