Kyle Lane offered exceptional service, assisting compassionately to help me compare the benefits of different options for a replacement phone. I purchased a new LG g4 phone that I feel completely comfortable with and an ipad mini to ease the transition. I highly recommend the Lincoln Way Verizon store and Kyle Lane.
