Ive been to this location many times, but will never go back. They only want to sell you something new. When my iPhone wasnt working they sold me on a Droid Turbo. I didnt realize I was paying for it monthly, until it broke after less than a year . When I went to Verizon they said there was no record of me coming in for service, and since the year was up, phone was out of warranty. Unless I paid the $300 I still owed, there was nothing they could do. Had to switch to Sprint, after 15 years with Verizon.

I will never do business there again. They took my kids 3 phones as a trade in and offered me $200 in prepaid visa for each phone on order to get new phones, I went back there to get my cards, Nick denied it, after taking phones and shipping them to some company to be refurbished and said "NOW I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT". So now Im stock with new phones with payments and no $600.00 credit for the phones.. THIS IS VERIZON FOR YOU.. no wonder why everyone leaves them..

Great job by the guys @ TCC . They were able to restart my wifes phone today after water damage from 5 days ago! Using their new state of the art water extraction device they were able to power phone up in order to retrieve precious pictures. The screen was fried but they were able to do just enough ,insurance takes care of rest. FYI never try to restart your phone after water damage they may be able to completely save your device.

I referred my mom to this store to grab an accessory. She walked in. Two men were working 10-10-16 around 7pm. She helped herself to the accessory she needed. Walked up to the counter to be cashed out. They literally didnt acknowledge her for 5 minutes and she walked out. Not even while she was walking out did they ask her if she needed anything. Horrible service. She was the only customer in the store and there is no excuse.

went to this store today 5/25/2017 to pay my bill that is do June 8th and was told they could not except my payment because i didnt by my phone at there store and they had a deal on a iPad I said no i dont think so they said then go to the other store. i said no big deal and went to the one in the mall and they were very nice. Will tell everyone i work with and know not to go to this store.

Went to this location multiple times to purchase a new phone and will never go anywhere else, always treated professionally and respectfully, and all my question are answered in full. Jeremiah Y. helped me today and made the experience painless, I even left my new and old phones with him for a bit so he could transfer everything over for me! Very satisfied customer!

Only Verizon store I will go from now on. The employee Nick helped me get a new phone when mine was acting crazy. I was there for a long time and he was nothing but friendly and very helpful. I had my 11 month old daughter with me and he was entertaining her while helping me. He made the stress of needing a new phone a pleasant time!
