I would actually give them zero stars if it was allowed. The first problem i have with this company is that they cancelled my phone line without my approval. I was current with my bill and they just cancelled my line. When i asked why they did that, the in-store sales rep claimed that i cancelled the line. I wouldnt cancel a line that i use as my business phone.The second problem i had with this company is that the "mail in rebate". I mailed in the form and a couple of weeks later called to check on it. The response i received was "your mail in rebate is not valid and we cant do anything for you" Now i have to inform all of my customers that the number has changed, the flyers i printed are no good, and i have useless phone that i bought from metro pcs. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and all of the authorized dealers, they are all full of scams.

I would give them a 0 rating if I could. The only good thing about this location is the two young ladies who work there. They dont even like the owner who is Asian, but his original has nothing to do with this ratingredients at all...its his attitude and business ethics that Im speaking of. He was so close to me dragging him out of that store and me giving him a grown man ass whooping because of his business etiquette. I had to explain to him as a business owner myself, you only survive in this industry because of your consumers, and he laughed me off talking about this is the number 1 store in Maryland...I laughed and walked out because at that point, I was going to beat his ass. Its one thing to lie to me and ignore my presence, but Ill be damned if Ill let you insult my integrity.

They screwed us over with the lg leon and the dads and grads rebate. We were suppose to get a mail in rebate of $50 for each phone and they told us after waiting 3months for the rebate to come in the mail that we werent getting it. So when we went to complain to the store owner he tried to give me ear buds to replace the $100 that was owed to me. I asked him for store credit or something nicer and he said that the ear buds was all he could give me. Why would i take a crappy low end earbuds to replace $100 owe to me. This owner is crazy and its bull that he wants to own a store but doesnt want to come out of his pocket to make things right for something his store messed up on in the first place.

Just thought it was important for other people reading these reviews to know that Jason is an employee of MetroPCS. Secondly, I was in need of service and went to this store. I found the help that I needed and good service. I am very happy with the whole online experience with limited store locations. Its worth it to me to have the discount in service. Last, I am an older woman who ventured into this with apprehension. Really appreciate the behind the scenes help with tech support. This company rates the attention of the retired community also.

Mrs. Roxie handles her business!!! Not only was she handling 3 different customers at the same time, she also registered 2 new phones for me switching over, waived a $5.00 fee, she then topped it off with a free SIM pin to keep for free. Now I dont have to ask for the womans earrings to try and pry the SIM slot open on my IPhone. I dont see what the negative reviews are for. Best Regards
