If anyone needs a new phone or a new plan then my recommendation is to come to the store. The manager and his two assistants are very easy going and there is no pressure and they ask all of the relevant questions to find out exactly what you need to fit your lifestyle. I went to three other Verizon stores and my antenna go up when I sense that Im being pressured and I just walked out. I can also sense when someone is trying to up-sell me and I find that very tiresome. Sapib ( the manager) and Zach and Muhammad were well-dressed ,friendly and so knowledgeable. I felt relaxed and happy at last and I got a new phone and a new plan that fit like a glove and Im very happy. Although they work as a team Zach was my primary leader through this process and he had a a mind as clear as a data processor yet with personality and when he needed support Saqib and Mohamed were there to support him. This store has the feel of one that is owned outright by these three men and they do a great job so enjoy the process and thank you for reading my comment I hope its helpful especially to women.

Not even worth 1 star. Absolutely the worst experience in Customer Service I have ever had. My phone broke because of the Android lolipop update. Versions Wireless corporate sent me a refirbished one with the same issues. So I went to this store to have it resolved. The only option I had was to buy a new phone, or sign up for a whole new number. I signed up for a new number. Now I find that the Verizon has still been charging me for my old line also for three months. Verizon wireless will not help me. They want me to work it out with this affiliate. And Ive had numerous conversations with both. Neither will help me. This affiliate store is especially rude. They had the audacity to yell at me and tell me they felt sorry for my kids. The manager bought my old "broken" phone and I found out that he gave it to his uncle! WTF!! If it could be fixed, then why didnt you fix it for me instead of making me jump through all these hoops. And they said they did me a favor when they bought my old phone. Stay away from this store.

I was told by two of my colleagues to do business with the Verizon Wireless store in Gainesville next to the Giant store on Linton Hall. I had previously tried to purchase an Apple iPhone at another Verizon Wireless location but there was a credit stop on my account. I told Saqib, the stores manager, of my previous experience and he immediately contacted Verizon directly to correct the problem. Needless to say I was able to activate the new service and had the exact cellphone I wanted. The employees walked me through the entire process seamlessly. They explained all of the details and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They also have a wide range of accessories which made the experience excellent. This store and others like it is the reason why Verizon Wireless is no. 1 service nationwide. I would do business with this store again and highly recommend them because of their fantastic customer service.

Samsung was doing a promotion - get two new Galaxy S7s and a new number, get a 55" HD4 TV. My wife and I did just that, and were told everything was set to get our TV. After the 8 week waiting period, no news on the TV. I called this store numerous times, each being promised a callback, which never came. Finally got the manager on the line, and she was exceptionally rude and not helpful in the slightest. After several more weeks, the salesman, Jose, called and said he couldnt get us the TV but can get us a $555 gift card to somewhere. Again, after a long period of waiting, nothing. The level of customer support is awful at this store. The promises they make are false. I suggest a different Verizon store to do you business with.

I experienced the great and high quality by Mr. Ehson Ali and I highly recommend Mr. Ali for even a higher position with nation wide Verizon Wireless, what I like about Verizon is the quality of people that work for Verizon. Because of Mr. Ali, I refer many friends and family to come to this store, he is friendly, patient, helpful professional. There isnt really a word that describes how amazing and how genius he is. I believe having someone like Mr. Ali working at this store makes a big difference on the reputation for Verizon Wireless. The reality of business life, you go after good customer service where ever it is, which is Mr. Ali, he provided all this to us.

Excellent and efficient location. Was helped by Kyle who helped me set up my new hotspot so that I could replace the outdated satellite internet that is slow and overpriced as well as the only internet option I have in my area. I now am saving up to $200 a month by using this device as my only source of internet and let me tell you that it is incredibly fast and reliable. Also needed some accessories for me and my wifes phone that he gave us at a heavily discounted price that beat out best buy and target next door. Theres alot of Verizon stores in the area but this one had the best service and environment by far.

Dont even think about using Easco Wireless. I have NEVER received such poor customer service in my entire life. I have been given the runaround since May 2010 (it is now November 1 2010) regarding a DROID phone. Now that I have the chance to FINALLY get the phone, they do not want to make any concessions towards my inconvenience...and they cant understand why I am upset. SERIOUSLY, if youre interested in a Verizon phone, PLEASE go to a REAL Verizon store - not an independent Easco store. They do NOT provide any sort of service! Heed the advice and steer clear of Easco Wireless stores.

Visited the store to look into upgrading my phone to the new Galaxy S8. Was helped by Saqib, who was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Never once felt pressured into anything that didnt fit my needs. In fact, Saqib went further than just helping me out with upgrading my phone, he took a look at my Verizon FiOS home internet account and was able to slash my internet bill considerably as well as getting me an upgrade to my service as well. Couldnt be happier with my experience today and I highly recommend this store, thanks!

From the manager to the reps in the store these guys were so pleasant and professional. They were delighted to see me and my wife walk in. Smiles the whole time. These guys did an excellent job finding out what I needed and helped me find solutions for me and my family. We ended going in for a simple upgrade but ended up buying 2 phones, accessories (even though amazon is cheaper, these guys deserved it) and a tablet. I recommend them over the guys on Sudley who are corporate and took my business for granted. Thanks Saq and staff!
