I would never recommend anyone going to this retailer. The store manager helped me his name is Chris Smith and after going in to get some information, compare the rates to switch over we started the process of creating an account. However, the price kept going up, his body language wasnt trustworthy & I didnt feel comfortable to finish setting up my account. I told him I would think about it & come back if I decided to switch over. The real issue came when I got a bill from at&t a week or so later. I called at&t they told me he went ahead and created my account & I had received a phone as well (which I never completed, paid or received a phone). They told me they couldnt help me & I had to go back to the store to the man who created my account in the first place. After letting them know I didnt trust him to take care of it when he set up my account in the first place they insisted that I had to go & ask for another worker to help me. Again, this was very incovienient for me because it should have never happened in the first place. I went in & Chris said it was a mistake on at&t that the account was never created & he was going to take care of it. That was more than a month ago.... since then I gave Chris the opportunity to redeem himself & his store I gave him a week to "take care of it". I followed up a week later with at&t & guess what?! HE NEVER took care of it. I never trusted him in the first place... Got a supervisor from the billing department Rob to help me take care of it & again they said Chris Smith had to do it so Rob was going to call Chris Smith & make sure it was taken care of. Rob called me the following day at 11:00 am like he said he would to follow up & told me he had spoken with Chris & it was going to be cancelled that same day & that he was going to call me the following Monday at the same time to follow up(he followed up with me on Friday). Well Rob never called for the follow up that Monday so again I ASSUMMED it was going to be taken care of. Here we are 2 weeks later I got two bills from at&t in fact Chris Smith NEVER TOOK CARE OF IT. He is in business for himself & I dont recommend anyone to do business or create an account there. If he is the store manager doing this (which is fraud) what standard does he set for his store? Now my credit is affected by a overdue bill that should not be a bill in the first place because I never got a phone or service with them. FINALLY I had to go to the person in charge of at&t billing & she was able to cancel my account. She told me she didnt understand why it wasnt cancelled when I first left the store the first day & was also frustrated with the fact I have been dealing with this for over a month. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE & DONT ATTEMPT TO EVEN DO BUSINESS OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT HERE!!!!!

I cannot begin to tell you my experience with the idiots running this store. I went in there to change my plan, and when my bill came to me the following month, the guy messed up my account causing a HUGE inconvenience and billing error. Management defended the employees calling it "human error". No. This is the reason why you should deal with at&t directly and not go to these stores scheming to make money. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself from insanity.
