Although this location was very helpful and polite, T-mobile as a whole is horrible. I left my old carrier of 14 years to go to Tmobile to try and save some money. When I went in to the store I was assured that my home was "well within the great coverage area". When I got home I immediately knew there was a HUGE problem with service. I called in and was told that I needed to come get the wifi router to help, that didnt help at all. I was then told well we will send you a signal booster, that did absolutely nothing to help. Then they sent me a 3rd piece of equipment called the 4G LTE personal cell spot. When reading the instructions for this piece of equipment it stated that I could not use it in conjunction with the Wifi router, which means I couldnt use my internet connection for data usage while at home. So here I am with 3 additional pieces of equipment strung throughout my home, and still no service to speak of. Calls drop a few minutes into the conversation, texts fail to send, and internet is nonexistent. I feel like I was strung along with false promises until the time to return everything had lapsed, so now I am stuck. I either have to pay $1900 all at once to pay off these phones so I can switch to another carrier, or continue to pay almost $300 a month for service that doesnt work at my home. Every attempt to come to some kind of resolution with the corporate customer service line has been met with the "sorry youre dissatisfied with the service, but theres nothing we can do to help you" attitude. As soon as I can get away from them, I will and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. This isnt solely based on the fact that I dont get service at home when I was told that I would, but because I was intentionally mislead and the customer service when calling in is horrendous! Nobody seems to know what to do to help address issues, and there is always a HUGE amount of background noise at their call center of laughing, joking and being obnoxious. Its completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer thats calling in. To anyone considering Tmobile I would suggest finding someone who already has them and verifying that it will work at your home first!

I have been very happy with T-mobile since I switched from another carrier. The price for the service is very good and for the most part works fairly well. There are issues with coverage at my house, but I just use my local wi-fi and everything works out.
