Sprint has got to get it together. I wanted to sign for sprint because they offer unlimited data. They didnt have the phone I wanted in Stock when I went to initially inquire, so I went to best buy and signed up. I have returned to this location twice for help with my plan and to add a line. Each time there was an excessively long wait, the staff was defensive and not very helpful. They also seem to have to order most of their products. If I can order it online, get it from a third party or handle it over the phone why even have a store? Dont waste your time.

Was totally SCREWED by a guy named Alex at this store on front street he sold me two phones for my my wife and daughter gave me a totally different price on my monthly bill than I got which is $90 more than he told me no problem on the phones added charges to my bill didnt change any plans like he said he did was LIED to about everything!!!!! Im counting down the payments on these phones and will be leaving sprint!! VERY disappointed and feel cheated big time!!!

I went & saw Quiana Williams today, she was absolutely wonderful. Ive been wanting to get rid of my old pre paid phone for a while. She made the process so easy. I got the phone & accessories i wanted with a unlimited data plan under my budget! ! Thank You Quiana.. Youre Awesome!!

Awesome Service. Staff very helpful. Unlimited data is the best value for my teenagers!! No worrying about them going over data allotments everyday like i did with Verizon!
