Oh the hell we went through at this store. We purchased two iPhones, only to find that one was malfunctioning completely, and even in the store it wouldnt charge. Every phone call was a failure. One of the members of my family has his own business and was losing customers daily. We went back numerous times only for them to say that there was NOTHING wrong with the phone. We finally went to the Apple Store, and they gave us a new one, no questions asked. I understand that they cant do much at the At&t store, but they basically wouldnt do anything. The supervisor wasnt helpful at all, completely sheltering the actions of her and her staff, and telling me about the policies of AT&T and Apple, as if I have no idea. The problem was that they could have done something but they chose not to.

Please do not buy from this store!! Ive had at&T for 20+years, bought many iphones... this store lies to your face about contracts, fees, leasing phone ... go to walmart where the phone is cheaper anyway! This store employees must be on commission. Ive been in the store several times and received the same lines from different employees. They told me the lease was not a contract and I could get out of it anytime (only if pay the termination fee or buy out the contract) They dont tell you that you dont own the phone at end of 24 mths, that you pay taxes up front ... I could go on. Just go to walmart.

AT&T employees make it literally impossible to help anyone. Tried to make a claim on my phone and all you can do is talk to a robot.. Oh and when i did finally get a hold of someone they clearly did not know what they were doing. So yeah their customer service blows. Strongly dislike

Quick for me, my wife nd I went in told them what we wanted (Galaxy s5) at the time nd got them within 10 mins..... Gotta go soon to upgrade....
