I went in to do collections for my newspaper route. I just started collecting from this store. Normally the employees are great and friendly. I used to live in this area and loved stopping in for my morning coffee. This moring, the day before Thanksgiving, was horrible service by one of the managers. She intentionally ignored me, as I stood waiting for the collections sheet. She was loud and very rude and disrespectful. She insisted on making a scene in front of paying customers. She insisted that I was doing my paper work wrong and because she had been at her job 10 years, there was no other way to complete the paper work. I asked her if they had a copy machine so that I could make a copy and she said they didnt have one. She is a horrible person who should not be in management. Instead of pulling me aside and asking if I could do it her way. She kept rolling her eyes and treating me like I was stupid. She was making horrible remarks about the other person who was doing the paper work and how they were doing it wrong. I politely told her that she needs to treat people better and pull them aside instead of announcing the mistake in front of the customers. I told her I am nice and came in with a smile on my face and have her respect and I demand she respect me. Then she offered to make a copy for me. At that time I reminded her that she refused it to be. Horrible horrible. Im filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB.

The mens restroom is always disgusting. If I feel the need to hold my breath just to take a leak, there is a problem. Get in there with some bleach people, dont hold back! That restroom should be cleaned every hour. Yuck! The restroom aside, everyone there is always friendly and helpful, they would get 5* for customer service.

I gave the gas station attendant inside exactly $60 that I had counted out in my car before I walked in to prepay. He check out my three items and said I had $34 for gas. I asked him to count cause I gave him 3 $20 and he wouldnt! Unacceptable

Paid $10 for the best soft touch car wash and It did a terrible job car was nearly as dirty as before I washed it

Great pdq, but getting in and out of the parking lot during heavy traffic times can be pretty awful

They stop selling beer at 9 and they only run credit so you cannot buy lottery tickets with debit.
