I was told I was ready for an upgraded phone. I explained I wanted the same type of phone I had as I didnt want to buy a new Otter Box. When I went to pick up my phone three days later they had orders the wrong phone. Being a "3rd Party" as I was told, they couldnt return it even though I never took possession of the phone. I was forced to return it to Sprint. This all after waiting for 30 minutes as two people waited in everyone as someone whom I assume was management, sat and watched. I will never use a Marshall Wireless store again.

Went in to upgrade my phone. The whole sales team was awesome!! They got me set up on the iPhone forever plan and made sure my phone was set up before I left the store. Definitely the best service Ive had at any sprint store Ive been to.

Came in to upgrade our iphones and they didint have one of the ones we wanted in stock...employee went out of his way and drove to another store to pick up for us....great service...great people...big thanx to darius conley.....
