I love this store location. I always get great service from knowledgeable staff that does their best to make sure me and my family has the best deal on our phone service. If only they could motivate T-mo to expand their network coverage so that I could have LTE data all the way across the south eastern United States during my summer and winter road trips.

Recently bought a hotspot device and could not activate the device over the phone went in the store on union and ask a young black boy did he know the problem he was rude some beautiful ebony sister was quick to assist me she quickly found the problem activated my device and sent me on my way with a smile thanks

Been trying to get ahold of a manager 3 times now regarding an application. They put me on hold forever each time. Makes me a little infuriated, especially since Im a T-Mobile customer for over a year now.
