Ive been coming to this store since it opened, had no issues until recent. The past 2 months managers arent helpful. They keep giving us the run around regarding my daughters phone. We pre-ordered the iPhone 7 plus, came in rather quick, then the problems started. Brought the phone in to get phone info swapped and the associate ran into issues. He kept going to the manager to fix the issue, but no resolve. In the end they told us that they would call us the next day bc the issue would be fixed. We waited over a week and decided to check, since no one called. Again, we got the run around and was once again told they would call us the next day. After another week, called last night and after waiting on hold after explaining my issue, was told that they will call us the next day. Well no call (again)so here we are waiting in the store for a resolution. The previous staff was a lot more helpful than the new staff/managers. It shouldnt be this hard to get an issue resolved.

Worst customer service Ive ever had went in over my smart watch sm r750v and they told me to send it back to where I got it, basically because I wasnt a Verizon cx I then went to the Mandeville store and within 10min he had it back up and going.

I had already been three times for the same problem, now at the FOURTH TIME! the manager told the tech to replace the phone. The tech ignored him and reset it. Now I have to FIFTH TIME for the SAME PROBLEM!!!

I had a glitch with my service not recognizing my area code when I traveled to another area code and Jeremy P. helped me along with tech support for almost 3 hours. Now that is customer service
