Had a great experience here. Cricket customer for awhile now, but first time in this store. Bought a phone off Facebook that was unlocked from another carrier, Lauren was so helpful in getting the newer phone going with my current Cricket plan. Very knowledgeable about Cricket and the phones. From now on when I need something Cricket related, she will be my go-to.
