Thank you Edwin!! After visiting two AT&T stores in Houston near my home and getting nothing but confusing and conflicting information, I saw this store as I was driving through on the freeway and decided what the heck! Stopped in spoke with Edwin he was straightforward gave me the information that I needed and got me set up with the tablet that I was looking for. Thank you!! Stores in Houston need to take lessons from this one!

Have attempted to work with this store for several years on options for faster internet in our location directly across parking lot in Pinnacle shopping center. Every service that AT&T has provided has underperformed for our needs. This store has done even less to help us solve our issues then the customer service line I have spent hours on. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I have a ghetto gophone service that I use in conjunction with my Google voice account. I go5 an unlocked phone through amazon and had to go in to get a micro-sim card, which I couldnt order online. Well Im glad I couldnt because the gal at this store hooked me up for free. Great service!

My hair salon is at Pinnacle parkway in Covington. We have had the worst experience with AT&T wifi! It is VERY difficult to conduct business when the wifi is so slow.
