Not very happy! I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, had a problem with the audio when you did a voice search by saying " OK GOOGLE ". Employee looks at my phone, does a RESET, which brought my phone back to its original state, causing me to loose everything I had programed into my phone. Audio problem was still there, not corrected and he hands me my phone back and says,,,,"THATS ALL I HAVE TO OFFER YOU". Employees need to be trained on phone technology and customer service. Before an employee EVER rests a phone back to its original state they should notify the customer of the consequences.

The Medical Mystery
Theres ONE guy there in a ponytail but I dont know his name. I have had a few issues and when other workers couldnt figure it out they turned to him for help and in seconds the problem was solved. I think he might be the manager. If you get this guy, guarantee you will get your problem solved!!!
