Its okay. The store is clean-cut and professional but be aware that this is not the corporate Verizon retailer, its an independent authorized dealer so exact corporate services and promotions may not always be offered, but they do have their own competive promotions and deals. Also, if your looking to test out a phone, not going to happen here, the display models are plastic replicas of the real deal (except for the Apple makes). Wait time: I suggest you block an hour to an hour and a half of your time if your looking to upgrade or become a new customer (online would be more efficient) due to paper work. A suggestion, brief yourself on the type of phone and plan your looking to purchase before you go, the knowledge the staff holds is not always on par and would help if you have somewhat an idea on what your exactly looking for. All-in-all, the customer service meets expectations but anything beyond depends on the flow of business; if its busy, expect minimal, if its slow, then your golden. **Their own insurance service beats the Corporates offer by a long shot (on quality), so consider their option rather than Verizons. IMO

First of all this is not a real Verizon store. It is an independent store so they cannot give you the same deals that Verizon can and they charge more for services such as transferring numbers from an old phone. The clerk I dealt with told me he could get me the same deal I was offered directly from Verizon, but after the contract was written up (and he said was finalized) the price was much higher. He said he had told me "he could try" to get me the same deal. Also, from Verizon the rebates were instant, but from him they were mail in so I would have paid tax on the full amount and then waited to get the rebate. I had to call Verizon and have them contact the store to have them cancel the order which I had never signed, but the clerk had put through the system. The clerk I dealt with was very high pressure, not knowledgeable and not honest.

BEWARE! We signed up for internet service, I was hesitant b/c our home is in the pine trees, store said dont worry if it doesnt work they will take antenna down and there wont be any charges, their installer they came and installed the antenna on side of house three feet off the ground- of course it didnt get any signal. We cancelled same day and asked store for help. The store refused to help us saying we had to deal with the installer directly. To add insult, they didnt do cancellation paperwork correctly as promised so three months later I got a bill for $372.23. After three hours on phone with Verizon the charges were finally removed with no thanks to the store! Your on your own if you buy anything from this store.

This location is a joke. I waited 30 minutes to be helped. I watched the two customers in front of me also leave unhappy. I thought to myself I hope I get better service. When it was my turn the consultant was rude and very unhelpful. Ill go back to the store in il where I normally go to. Verizon you should consider closing this store or getting new employees. This current model isnt helping your business.

I showed up just when they were closing, the service was excellent. the service that i received was that of a well run company. the consultant stayed for a extra hour and a half to help me with my needs. id recommend my consultant to anyone of my friends or staff where i work.

I had been to multiple other stores previously with a problem with my daughters cell phone. The manager of this store worked cheerfully and tirelessly on the problem. I thought the staff were knowledgable and friendly.
