The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The incompetence and lack of respect for the customer at the location is unbelievable. After mark lied to me earlier in the week about his ability to call another location to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock, I let him order it for me. Biggest mistake I have ever made! They told me it would be in on a Thursday morning. They never called, so I called them, and was told that they "had received a shipment but hadnt gotten around to opening it yet" it hadnt arrived, so I waited another day, made 4 more calls to the store, was hung up on 3 times, went in to the store, waited for over 30minutes with barely a nod from anyone working, left, called customer service, was told that I needed to return the store to get a return, so I did. When I told Mark that it was unacceptable that he could not refund my money for my upgrade after he lied to me about when and how my phone would arrive at the store. I told him it was bullshit, and that I had contacted the store in fairview heights and they had 2 in stock, as I was leaving he said something snarky under his breath. I responded, "f**k you, then, Ill call corporate " to which he responded "your momma" Never in the almost 10 years with Verizon have I left a store this upset. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with customer service, nothing is resolved and no one can help me get my money back. These people are horrible, avoid at all costs!!!!

While on Verizon it was smooth and enjoyable but leaving was nearly impossible spent 3 hours on every Verizon of customer support hotline they had and never was given an option to speak to a representative. Finally called my local store who gave me a number not found online to get ahold of someone, who when I spoke to, was fine and assured me that my account was payed off and closed. only for me to find out I was still open and received a notice for a past due payment for the following month. I will never use Verizon again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went there to make the min payment on my prepaid account which a week earlier they gladly took and was told it was NOT possible for me to do it today! I called customer service a Verizon and was essentially hung up on! DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE and expect customer service...you will be let down!

Best experience Ive seen at any store! Took the time to walk me through my new phone and answered my endless questions! Looks like they have weeded out the the bad eggs and have a great staff there now that is very knowledgable about their products!

They answered the phone quick, have the phone I wanted in stock, and when I arrived had it out and ready incase I showed up. Nice and helpful staff. Usually dont write reviews but this store was way more then I expected! Cant recommend enough!

just what ever happened to just helping someone out? my phone was having a problem small problem and instead of finding a solution they of course tried to suck more money out me. looked on youtube and fixed it myself
