My daughters iPhone got a broken screen so we took it to In & Out Smart Repair in Covington. They replaced the screen at a very fair price but soon after she began having problems with the phone (apps crashing, no vibration etc.) and recently it just totally crashed. So I took it to the "Geniuses" at the Apple Store and they said it was because someone had put a "third party screen" on the phone and that is what caused all the problems and caused it to crash. They said they could "try" replacing the screen for $129 but couldnt guarantee the phone would work and maybe my daughter should just upgrade to a new phone (for hundreds of dollars). Soooo we took the phone back to In & Out Smart Repair pretty upset thinking they had ruined her phone based on what the Apple "Genius" had told us. Well upon returning to In & Out Smart Repair we spoke with Sean (who could not have been more polite, gracious, or knowledgeable) and he said he would take a look at the phone. He told us the screen was NOT the problem but there were a couple of other things (like a proceesor malfunction) that had caused the crash and that he would be happy to try to fix the problem because we had just recently had the repaired at his store. Well he DID fix the phone and when I asked him what I owed him he said there was no charge because we had so recently had the phone fixed by them ! Good guy !! Needless to say I will go back to In & Out Smart Repair in Covington for ALL of my phone / computer repair needs and I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone !! One other thing. While I was in there another person came in with a problem with their iPhone that was still under warranty. Rather than taking the persons money to fix their phone he recommended they go through the Apple warranty program and have the phone fixed or replaced for free. Id give these guys a 10 star rating for their honest, integrity, professionalism, and knowledge.

In and out in covington replaced my iPhone 5C screen after I broke the original. I have had an iPhone since the original and never broke a screen until this one. I took it to In and Out Phone repair and had a new one put in. It cost 159.00+ tax so 179.00. 20 days after they installed my screen it broke in an otter box case attached to my hip. It was not dropped. I was close to an Apple store when it happened, so I took it there to see why this happened. The Apple genius said the screen was not installed correctly. He could pull the screen away from the Phone without taking the screws out. So I took the phone back to In and Out Phone repair to give them a chance to fix their mistake. I understand that they must hear a ton of stories and catch a lot of flack for people who try to blame them on repair warranty, but mine was truly their fault. My hope was they would correctly install a new screen and I could go on my way. The young guys at the desk would not warranty their repair, and said the broken screen was not the stores problem. The best he could do was take $30 off my next replacement. I personally will not ever do any business with these people again. I will spend a few more dollars and let apple take care of any issues with my devices.

I had my phone screen replaced and within a week it fell off! I was out of town so just stuck it in my luggage. Took the phone in and it was not covered by their warranty due to cracks that happened after it had fallen off. They couldnt even reattach it for me! They were kind enough to offer a discount but after you pay them 200.00 plus to fix it and they screw it up why would you pay them again? I would not recommend them to anyone. Learned my lesson the hard way. Go to the Apple Store! So the owner and the manager have called me repeatedly to repair my phone. I have had multiple family members in the hospital so havent gotten to have the repair done. I have been impressed with them willing to work with me and the speedy response I got after I posted my complaint. They fixed my phone! The owner and manager stuck with me till they fixed my phone. Very grateful that they fixed the issue. Thank you!

They are absolutely amazing people and they know exactly what they are doing. Ive gone to them several times now and each time they give me the honest truth and do not try to overcharge me in anyway shape or form. For instance today I dropped my phone in a lot of water. I left in a bag of rice but turned it on and it turned right back off. Long story short they took it apart worked their magic and it turned on. Free of charge. He even gave me expert advice that the (insert computer term) is probably going to go out soon and you need to back up your phone asap. Went to the one in Hammond before and they are awful. All in all I recommend them highly if you want an honest and expert repair.

my iphone got wet... no insurance... they got it going again and got all the video off the phone and put it on a usb! so relieved, after a new battery, the phone is still working, thank God... water damage means no warranty, but hey my bad. Good guys... good work!
