I received HTC One m8 for Christmas. I love this phone. It has performed perfectly up until a few days ago. My phone was reporting that there was no SIM card installed. I took my phone to the local Sprint store in Wood River where one of the techs promptly replaced the SIM card. I was still receiving an error saying that there was no SIM card installed. Instructed me to contact HTC because my phone was still under the manufacturer warranty and that HTC was very good about taking care of problems with their products. I called HTC and explain my problem when they explained that it was the SIM card tray that was the problem. HTC promptly sent me a new SIM card tray and upon receiving it I promptly took it to my local Sprint store. The tech installed the new tray for me and voila, no more LTE problem. The two techs at my local Sprint store could not be more helpful. When I first visited with them to explain my problem I watched as several customers came in who had no business owning a cell phone let alone a smartphone. In spite of the Customers illogical complaints these two guys handled themselves extremely professionally. Would highly recommend doing business with this local Sprint store.

Unfortunately Ive had to erase my first review after I received my first bill, the young gentleman , Tim I think his name was, was very nice and informative, in telling me what I SHOULD get, or how my bill SHOULD look, but when I got my bill after adding my dad to my plan, it was $ 200.00 more! I was quoted around $28.00 more to add a line as I pay $228.00 for 3 now. But ,he didnt take off the activation fee that my dad paid in the store, and he put him on my account, but not on my plan at all! He didnt adjust any of my loyalty discounts as Ive had sprint for years! Never missed a payment or late ,ever! !! He just added him, didnt take off any of the money we gave him, and him and the other female coworker were talking low about how they should enter my account? ? Are there bonuses for these reps if they fee the customers to death? Ive talked to corporate, they are trying to get me straightened out, next I will pay the early termination fee on all 4 accounts and be on my marry way, Im not a rich woman! !! Oh and my dad paid for his phone too the day we added him, so that $200.00 increase wasnt that!

I went in to get an upgrade on one phone and was talked into a buy one get one free LG. Three months later my bill keeps going up and up. Come to find out the BOGO LG isnt available on upgrades only adding a line. Now Im paying for phones I didnt want or need and my bill is $60 a month higher. Im still waiting on the the rep to get back with me on how they plan to fix this.

Their technician broke my phone and they refuse to replace it or help in any way and told me that I have to pay to fix what they broke. Have had Sprint for 13 years and customer service continues to go down hill. Will be switching.

I went into the store to pay my bill, and the sales rep Mallory saw that I was paying too much for a single plan and helped assist me in lowering my bill. I was very satisfied and love coming into the Woodriver location.

The service is decent, but make sure you verify what the reps say with Sprint. On my last trip inside I was told my plan would be 50/month higher. Sprint themselves told be it wasnt that expensive.
