SCAM my mom bought a phone from them and was promised service would work in our new town, she was promised a full refund and when she went to return it the guy with the blonde hair refused to give us any money back, and said he would take the phone and take her name off the plan but she would get no money back, dont waste your time Here. Its the horrible service.

T-Mobile coverage of South and mid Illinois is a shame. Even in Capitol of state - Springfield while driving on I-55 signal is so bad or theres no one. About driving on I-57 south of efingham , uh..you would loose all your nerves! So, hope its gonna get better, asap!
