Went to buy a vehicle from here and the finance manager or whatever he was decided to take my five grand down payment off of my debit card before we even discussed interest rates or montly payments. Well when I saw the interest rate and monthly payment I changed my mind and decided that I did not want to buy the vehicle anymore. By that time the down payment was already taken off of my debit card and they had to "reverse" the transaction. Well of course the money got taken out of my account but the reversal has not happened yet and it has been 3 days. My down payment should not have been taken until the end of our interest rate and payment discussion. This is very sneaky and unprofessional. If I decide to buy a vehicle soon it definitely will never be from All Star Chevrolet North. I am not happy about the way this was handled at all and they have lost a customer because of it.

They were very rude when my husband paid for the service. The young man brought my keys to me as my husband paid. He told them before he swiped his card that since the total was over $1000.00 that he might have to call the bank for authorization. The you man ran outside and took my keys from me before he even had the chance to swipe his card.He lied and said that my husband said that he might not have the money to pay . That is not at all what he said . Of course the card went through and they gave the keys to him. I will never return because of the disrespect. I am planning on giving my 2010 Tahoe to my son and buying another SUV. It will NOT be from them . It may not even be another Tahoe due to this experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

Let me 1st start with I did not purchase my 2011 Tahoe from All Star. This is the 2nd time that I have went to the service department at All Star North. Both times the staff has exceeded my expectations. Pleasant & polite and looked happy to see me walk through the door. Fast service too! Yes this is what you should expect from a business that is open to serve the public, or that you are engaging to provide a service for you. I have found that this is not true everywhere. I will be back! As for the dealership that sold me my 2011 Tahoe, that gives free oil changes as long as you keep the front tag on the front of your automobile... I will not be returning. As the saying goes....nothing is really free!

One of the best dealerships I have ever been to. I bought my car at another dealer and when I went back to them they would not help me at all with my issue. So I took it to allstar north an talked to chad he made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer he assured me that he would do all he could to get me taken care of. His manager Derald also did everything in his power to take care of me. After leaving I have never felt better about know that I was in good professional care hen dealing with this service dept. Not only will I do all my service with them I will also be sending everyone I know for there service and to buy vehicles from this dealer. Thanks again guys you have a customer for life!!!!!!!

My buying experience was great until someone stole all my tools out of my van,and it was someone who works for Allstar chevy north because the key was locked in the office and my flashlight was also taken with other numerous things and I wish someone would please help me out to recover my belongings. One of the salesman said he would replace it out of his own pocket.....seems like he had something to do with my stuff getting stolen because he never reported it to his boss and Im really upset and I wanted to file a police report that day but Don convinced me not to,I wish someone would make it right because buying a brand new car shouldnt be like this with your lifes collection of tools stolen.

After 2 tow trips to their so called dealership with my vehicle after a so called repair and a couple different lies, needless to say I had to borrow a car to go on vacation as I did not want to chance my vehicle on the road going through several states with this type of analysis of the repairs or causes. I have filed a report with GM help line as to the treatment and bogus charges. They could care less about their customers or how they treat them started from the cashier, the service adviser or the service manager. I would not bring it back as I feel the lies and poor treatment is not to be expected from a so called professional dealership.

I had my vehicle in for an oil change last week and I was amazed at how quickly they completed the task. Also, I was very pleased with the way I was treated. The young lady helping me was very courteous and really made me feel appreciated. She went out of her way to see that I understood what they were doing and gave me some pointers on what I needed to do periodically in the future. Ive dealt with many car dealers in my life and this one "tops the list". The young ladies name is Alene (SP?) and she is a valuable asset to your company and should be recognized.

Not Honest. Salesperson told me it would be a soft credit pull. Finance Manager told me there is no such thing as soft pull at a dealership. Perhaps they should update their knowledge because others do have a soft pull go to their website. I bought my truck out of Slidell in less than 2 hrs in the dealership. Spent two half days with these people. New management. Maybe they need to change it again. I wanted to buy local but they are hard to deal with. They also shot my credit report to 12 different companies. Assholes .

This is the worst experience i have had, ive had my car about a year, i have taken my car back to all star more then 10 times , when i ask to speak with the owner i just get the run around ; CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME , now the check engine light is on , this will the third time this month that i taken my car back and THEY CANT FIT IT, WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING? WAITING UNTIL MY WARRANTY GOES OUT, FOR ME TO BE STUCK WITH A BAD CAR!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM , CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! Micheal and Brenda Hausey

I took my truck there for an oil change and tire rotation, they did not properly rotate my tires when I called back. Service supervisor stated I did not tell them how to rotate my tires which sounds stupid. They should rotate them the way Chevy manual states and not just move the front tires to the rear on each side and also when you call for service they respond quick but when you complain they do not call back. Please check your tires when you get a rotation from them, you are wasting your money.
