I gave them a 2nd chance and it turned out worse than the 1st time. As a business owner I have to admit they really dropped the ball SEVERAL TIMES. 1.Promised to have vehicles at their location on a certain day called me that day and told me they werent coming 3 SEPARATE TIMES! 2. Tried to tell me the book value on the vehicle I bought was higher than it was till I showed them the value on my phone. ( plus the interior of the vehicle was terrible the driver seat is falling apart- not clean retail value) 3. Had issues with my vehicle the first 3 days I had it and still having issues. 4. Left my wedding book in one of the 3 rental vehicles I went through, (yes my fault) but I called 4x now for someone to tell me if they looked and a simple yes or no if it was there and received 1 call back saying they looked in 1 of the 3 vehicles and would look in the others later and never got a call back. 5.I called for the mangers several times and was always told they werent available. I was never rude or harsh when I called maybe I should have been. Wedding plans lost... and I will STRONGLY turn people away from the store. Sorry I gave you many chances and tried to be understanding.

I give 1 star for tara in sales she was as helpful and pleasant as could be, however I give 0 stars for josh who comes out to tell me some bull about they could only give me wholesale price witch was prob 5k lower than the trade value, because theres a supposed recall on my gm vehicle and gm hasnt been able to fix it yet so wholesale price is all they can give me because theyre have to wholesale it because of the risk with the recall, wow, absolutly obsered, like thats my fault anyway I just happen to be the 1 who has the dawm vehicle, never go there again, bs. Im sure if u dont have a trade they can screw u on ur good. When I here them on the radio I just laugh, there vehicles were full of trash when I went to look at them, they hadnt even been cleaned, what pissed me off the most is wasting my time.

Garbage. Dont waste your time- dont go inside- of you feel uncomfortable- leave- no explanation necessary. Go to your bank first and get approval and dont tell any car dealership what your budget is... dont let them slip you into something above your price range. I came there today- viewed a vehicle online that I was interested in, emailed them back and forth- they told me it was there, showed up (keep in mind this is all same day with two hours) they say its not available and tried to put me in something more expensive. Be careful, the salesmen are out to make money not a reputation or a new friend! I would love to add a few cuss words but Ill be nice!

I was in a couple weeks ago car shopping and while the sales person that was working with me was as nice as she could be, she was more interested in showing me a live feed of a pregnant giraffe then talking to me about a car or showing me anything other than the one car she wanted to sell me. I wasnt going to even leave a review until a coworker just bought a car here and has had two of the worst experiences ever, first the service department took six hours to give him an oil change and now hes having engine trouble already and they wont do anything about it for him and hes had it for less than a month.

Went car shopping due to a car accident and our car salesman Alex Rivera did an awesome job me and my husband dont have good credit but he showed us cars in our price range and what we would be approved for. He was so patient and kind, he let us try out our daughter carseat in each one of the cars he showed us. We drove off the lot with a Honda that we love. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a car.

Worked with Alex Rivera. Stopped in on a Saturday and told him what we were looking for. It was not available at their current location, but Alex was able to bring a car from Cedar Rapids for us to test. Took it home for the night and came back the next day and bought it. Alex was great to work with and have already told two different people to contact him for help finding the vehicles they want. Would work with Alex again.

My salesmen was Mike Haut at the Davenport location Ive bought a couple cars from dealerships and never had this excellent experience ever Mike did everything he possibly could for 3 months to get me into a vehicle if my choice and theyre customer service was awesome I think they just found a new lifetime customer ! WOULD DEF recommend this dealer ship to everyone!

I bought my very own, first vechicle from McGrath Auto and I couldnt be more happier! I tried out a different dealership beforehand and walked out feeling like I was being taken advantaged of. we stopped in yesterday to browse the car selection, Alex Rivera helped us find options to what we were looking for while being super helpful, and honest, he never forced a certain vehicle on us! He is an awesome guy, i would highly recommend talking with Alex Rivera if are ever shopping for a new vehicle!

I found the truck I wanted online at McGrath sent my wife there Brendan was her salesman so polite working with me to fix a ding on the rear quarter they coulda told me it was a used truck but they said they would take care of the dent setting me up in another real nice truck while minesin the shop thanks

Amazing customer service! We had Alex Rivera help us and while we waited awhile he made sure to make conversation with us which was awesome. They helped me get the best car and worked with me. The GM Derek and finance manager Trevor were awesome as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

Brendon Roggendorf was our salesman he was very helpful and did an excellent job helping us find a great car. The whole team went the extra mile to help out. Over all an awesome experience. I highly recommend McGrath used car Superstore. If your in the market for a used car.

CRT Kronos

They are nice and friendly but WILL NOT return your calls before OR after you buy from them. The managers will avoid your calls and say they are not available when they are I watched a manager do it while I was in the store. They are very fake friendly.
