Well...they seem to be really nice, caring people (sales and service departments), but they do not know as much as they need to know about Chevys in the service department, and Im almost positive they straight up lied to me. Ive got a 2003 Chevy Silverado pickup that I’ve owned 10 years this August. About a year ago it stopped driving like a new truck (it has been a pretty awesome truck to own). It started shuddering at around 60-65, and would even back off the speed a little on its own, enough for me to immediately lighten up on the gas pedal, and I wouldnt have been stomping on it in the first place. The check engine light would flash on and off, and sometimes itd stay on, but mostly itd go off once I stopped at a traffic light. This wasnt every single time Id go from stopped up to 60-65, but often enough to notice. It started to get much worse about 3 weeks ago, and after several mishaps (one shop said my truck still drove like a new truck and there wasnt anything wrong w/it; one changed the O2 sensor and did other work w/o my permission; another swindler shop serviced my fuel injection system for me)…but no change to my truck; I finally took the advice of a good friend and brought it to the Chevy dealership with the best reviews. I wanted a Chevy dealership diagnosis because it made sense that they would know the most about my truck. Now keep in mind that this is after having all kinds of suggested things done – four new tires, the fuel injection system got serviced, new spark plugs & wires, new fuel filter, new O2 sensor, etc. (I think theres more we did over the last year, but just not recalling it now...) So we explain all this stuff to the service department. They keep it overnight and then tell us its definitely the fuel pump, so we let them change it. They call and say the mechanic has test driven it and its ready to pick up. When I pulled out of Supreme I didnt stomp on it, but I did try to get up to Airline Highway speed (65 MPH)...it wasn’t happenin! Not only did the same thing as always happen, but way worse – it even backfired twice...so I did a U-turn right back. After keeping it a few more days (almost a week total) and trying different things, Supreme finally tells us they found the problem and it is fixed. They said someone had left a clamp on one of the fuel injection wires inside the spider assembly, and that the 6th cylinder spark plug wire was not snapped in well. First, no one has ever had to break down my truck to get to the spider assembly to leave a clamp in there (BS in other words); second, my BF had just checked those spark plug wires. Since it seemed to run better when we left, I thought, whatever… I kind of figured they found something truly elementary wrong with it and said all that stuff to cover charging $700 to replace a fuel pump that wasn’t busted. Well that was two days ago. Today I can tell that it will soon be as bad as it was before I brought it to Supreme. Whatever they did was only a bandaid. I won’t be taking it back because I dont think those nice people will ever figure out what is wrong with my truck. Too bad...I had planned on getting my new crew cab there...

THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY CAR Supreme Chevrolet of Gonzales ARE CAR THIEVES THAT TRIED THEIR BEST TO STEAL MY CORVETTE WHEN I TOOK IT TO THEM BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT SHIFT OUT OF FIRST GEAR WHEN I GOT IT THE CARB WAS OFF THE MOTOR WHEN I PUT IT ON I DID NOT SEE THE TV CABLE THAT MAKES THE TRANSMISSION SHIFT BECAUSE THE ONE THAT TOOK THE CARB OFF SHOVED IT BETWEEN THE TRANS. I was looking online towards the end of January knowing I was going to purchase at the end of March. I sent in what I was looking for and when I was going to purchase. The next day a very polite lady called my by the name of Najalee and spoke with me in more detail about what I was looking for. Once she took all her notes I told her I was not buying until the first week of April and she said it was fine. She called to check in on me maybe 2-3 times in the two month gap and on 3/30 went in ready to look and purchase soon. The most surprising part was when I walked in and introduced myself to her she remembered who I was and what I was looking for! Now thats customer service!! We began to look at trucks and sat in a few and she was very knowledge about all features about the truck. We then started doing some paper work and thats when Erik got involved and he is also amazing and everything flowed from there. It was a painless 3 hour experience and they even brought in a truck from another place to get me what I wanted! I also met Patrick, he was amazing and friendly. The follow up, customer service, and way they took care of me is why you should buy chevy here!! Thanks Erik and Patrick! And also thank you so much Najalee! You guys are amazing.
