I would like to express to all future vehicle buyers my outstanding experience at Toyota of LaCrosse! Dave Griffin was our Sales and Leasing Specialist. Dave was such a pleasure to work with. He was one of those salesmen you hope to get when you go to look at possibly purchasing a vehicle. He understood exactly what we wanted. He was flexible, patient, personable, and my wife and I never once felt the pressure to buy a vehicle. This was our second time at Toyota LaCrosse looking to buy a vehicle. Dave had walked us thru all the situations and options the first time we visited. This allowed us to narrow down the right vehicle for our family. We returned a couple weeks later and ended up buying a vehicle that we know is the perfect match for our family, our future needs.... all at the right price. Thanks Dave! I also want to recognize Reva Green for walking us through the "bells and whistles" of our new vehicle. She was very friendly and she was able to articulate the vehicle functions at a level that two "non-techies" could clearly understand. He doesnt sell you a car - he helps you find what you want to drive and ensures that its the perfect fit for your budget, lifestyle, and personality. If you have questions, hell spend any amount of time you need to provide you with an honest answer and show you any of the electronic or safety features that will enhance your buying experience, pleasure of ownership, and safety for you and others. Reva Green will also answer any of your questions regarding the features of your new vehicle. She is an expert in that field and is available for any and all questions, either by appointment, phone, or drop-in. In addition to all that Brad showed me, she did a complete run-through of all the features before I drove my new RAV4 out of the dealership. Brad informed me of extra protective enhancements that were available through the service department and assisted in getting me scheduled for the ones I wanted, and a loaner car to use during the day of service. He definitely goes above and beyond and let me know he would be available for any questions or assurance, even after the point of sale. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to others.

I have been looking to buy a car for some time and I have my own reservations about the process. As a first time buyer, its quite intimidating. However, I have been hearing great things about Kou at Ballweg Toyota and was referred by several to go to him. I have to say, theres good reason why he gets so many referrals. He was very nice and hospitable. I never felt intimidated and even though I had my brother with me he didnt direct questions or comments to my brother; he made sure to direct them to me. He never once pressured me into anything however, he made sure I knew what my options where and what services or things I could have whether that be the car itself or the services from Ballweg Totyota. He made me not only feel comfortable about my decision in my car purchase but he also made me feel like I was making the right decision. Many times we can get talked into buying things or talked into buying bells and whistles but I didnt feel Kou was trying to do that at all. I felt he really cared not just about helping me find a car but the right car. Thank you Kou for your work and service. Ballweg Toyota is very luck to have a great sales representative as you. Ill definitely be looking for your help in the years to come.

Greetings from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Our family were in La Crosse, Wisconsin last May 20, 2017 for a visit. Driving from Minneapolis, MN, I got a busted rear tire on my Toyota Highlander when we reached La Crosse. Hardly knowing the city, i.e. coming from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada , I quickly phoned in Toyota Service Center for help. Spoke briefly with Bill Schuldt , who directed me to their Service Center as it was Saturday and shop was closing in less than an hour. Barely 30 mins before closing time, the Service advisor (Josh Luethe), immediately checked on my tires and determined the problem on my rear right tire. He promptly advised me to go to Goodyear Tire shop (also in La Crosse) for a complete tire replacement since the damaged tire was no longer repairable. Josh gave me directions to and the contact info of the shop. After solving the maze of going to the tireshop (due to multiple constructions around it !) , Goodyear tire accommodated me, and luckily got a stock of 245/55R19 tire. In about an hour, my family and I, were safely back on the road , thanks to the great staff of Toyota, La Crosse and likewise to Goodyear tire !

It has been just over a week since I purchased a new car at Toyota of La Crosse and my experience was great from start to finish! I came in with my father fully planning to buy a used car. We were introduced to Ryan who was extremely helpful and presented us with the used car information and months payment breakdown for comparison. Eventually after looking over my options I ended up getting a brand new 2017 Toyota! He was very knowledgeable and patient and he listened and answered all of the questions my father and I had. Before I drove off in my brand new car, Reva explained how to use all the technology in my car. She was able to link my phone to my car in a matter of minutes and went over all the settings and buttons my car and answered any questions I had. Reva is a long time friend of mine and I can say first hand she is great at her job, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! My family has been a loyal Toyota of La Crosse customer for years and dont plan to leave! If you are wanting to have exceptional service from the time you drive in to the drive you drive out go visit the staff at Toyota.

This is the email I sent to my salesman. I have not received ANY response, not even an apology. "Unfortunately, I am not satisfied at all with my purchase as of today. I feel as if the inspection done at Ballweg was half-assed and mislead me to purchase a vehicle that did not disclose a numerous amount of repairs. At the time, I was told there was a potential oil leak that "turned out" to be the filter itself, the serpentine would need replacing due to some cracks, and the CV boot was in need of replacement. Since my term of ownership, I have replaced the serpentine as well as the AC belt, because that was missed somehow during the inspection, at a cost to me of $300. Today, I have learned that along with the CV boot, I will also be replacing my wheel bearing, which is going to cost $740. But the best part is learning my head gasket is leaking, and will cost me $1800 to replace. So on top of the price tag of $6100, I am now investing another $2,840 for repairs before a full year of ownership. I feel completely scammed and fooled by Ballweg." Run away as fast as you can from this dealership.
