Went there, purchased a vehicle on Saturday the 9th. They told me they would overnight the title to me in Wisconsin the following Monday; I didnt receive a title, so I called a couple days later and was told that it hadnt been sent Monday, but in fact had been sent Tuesday. After receiving no title, I called again Saturday the 16th, and was told the title had in fact been sent THURSDAY, and that it had not been sent overnight but through standard mail. I called yet again just this last Tuesday, and was told that they had sent me the title Monday the 18th. When I expressed the frustration I was having with this wild goose chase (and not legally owning a car for which I paid over a week earlier), the salesman on the phone told me "I dont care" multiple times, said it wasnt his problem, and recommended I have my lawyer call him because if its not illegal, apparently bad customer service is perfectly okay with Neader Motors. I understand that it can take time to transfer a title, but for a salesperson to repeatedly lie to a customer and then act like a child over the phone is absurdly unprofessional.

They are all crooks. Troy and Kristi will tell you one thing, and then when it comes to deliver on their promise, they will take it all back and hope that a "sorry" will suffice. They want to TAKE your money, thats all they want to do. They dont want to work with you or find a solution to a problem that they caused. They say "sorry, it is what it is" and expect you to just take it. Use much caution with this company, and DONT let them sucker you in to any sort of warranty. Thats where they make their money and have all the fine print to really screw you over. Avoid this company at all costs.

I visited the La Crescent location not long ago and was treated very poorly. The only salesman working that day REFUSED to show me one of the vehicles sitting out front. He would only let me look at the most expensive one on the lot. His attitude was TERRIBLE! Will never go back and will persuade anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to go anywhere else but here. Terrible, terrible business with very rude salesman.

Took a month to fix issues that were already present- they say theyll fix anything wrong with the vehicle when you buy it, they dont tell you theyll let it sit in a parking lot until you get frustrated enough to yell at them. No explanations, no initiative to reach out or correct issues on their part. If I provided this kind of customer service, I would be fired.

Terrible customer service. They do not seem to test or even look at the cars on there lot. Salesman will tell you anything for the sale and then go back on their word. Shop with caution!
