Needed to get my wheel locks taken off because i was given wrong lock key by Gordie Boucher Nissan in Milwaukee. Eau Claire Nissan said they had the lug nuts to replace the wheel locks on my 13 Maxima. got there, got quoted around $50 for lugnuts and tire rotation (what i wanted to do). When finished, they said they didnt have the right lugnuts so they put the wheel locks back on my tires. I wasnt happy about that but they only charged me for the rotation (which i wanted). I checked and they did the roation too. However, Im left with wheel locks I cant take off (quickly) in case of an emergency. It wouldve been considerate of them to ask first before doing the rotation and ordering the right lugnuts first. So now im just going to order them myself and take the locks off myself (since there are way around the lock and tools for it). Customers shouldnt have to question a business integrity. Because if customers sense even a hint of business trying to milk every extra dollar then it makes customers feel taken advantage of or that the business simply only cares about their bottom line (even if this was not the intent of the business). The employees were polite and professional but please ask notify customers when the situation changes before doing anything.

We were looking to purchase the new Nissan Maxima 2016 but we were not give the best price quote so we purchased it from MN with better deal plus life time engine warranty plus before that their battery replacement is very shittier please recommend!!! To everyone do not go there for nice car service go to other showroom for better sasistifsction rather then stupid Nissan workers who just know to pull out some extra money without providing better service such a bad job Nissan please take your valuable delearship from these wankers they cant sell enough cars to make enough money in order to pay their stupid dumbass employees and uneducated workers ## mechanics these people very lazyass. Remember in future you guys will get bankrupt and no more Nissan flagship will be in Eau Claire laying around just in 5 more years watch you peoples.

Had a service appointment made a week and a half ahead of time. They told me it was a 30 minute appointment.It took them over 45 minutes to even get my car into a service bay, then another several minutes to even start on it. This was morning appointment that they should not have been behind on this early in the day. Poor scheduling. Over 2 hours of waiting.....

I was the first car in for an oil change and the first one out in 15 mins time. Thought that was pretty excellent for not being one of those 10 minute oil change places. Would have been nice if they gave you a free car wash though, like Link in Rice Lake. Of coarse they would have to build one first. However, they could give a coupon for a wash somewhere.

Ive been visiting Eau Claire Nissan for almost 4 years, and they have been great to work with. The staff are friendly and professional and are good at explaining the various things that have gone wrong with my Rogue over the years. Service is timely, and the shuttle service is handy for when I dont want to wait the 40 minutes or so for an oil change.

Service team is awesome. We had a minor snafu at the beginning of a major trip with two excited kiddos in the pathfinder. My wife called ahead to see if we could get in for service. The express service is EXACTLY THAT. Very quick, and they even opened the door early so I wouldnt have to wait outside in the car. Fantastic in every way. Please do whatever you can to work with Curtis in the service department, as he knows his job and is also a heck or a nice guy.
