Before buying a car from a family member, they had the Chevy garage change the oil, fix a few specific things, and look over the car to see if there was anything else that needed to be done. When I bought the car, I immediately found obvious problems that the Chevy garage should had noticed and fixed. There was a valve gasket leaking with oil spewed all over the engine and apparently they did not check any of the fluids, as a couple were below the minimum point. Needless to say I am not serving my vehicle there any longer.

Agreed to a purchase price on a vehicle based on the internet price (verified price twice with employees), placed a reserve on the vehicle, and began driving from Minneapolis to the dealer to pick up the vehicle. Received a call from the dealership while driving only to find out that there was an apparent error on the internet pricing and they would not honor the price that was agreed upon/listed on the website.

Chad Elliot was our salesmen. We were very happy with him. He spent weeks looking for the right truck for us to pull a 5th wheel camper to California. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable with all the trucks. He gave us a great deal on trade in and a better interest rate on our financing. I would definitely buy from them again!

Sales associate was nice. They failed to mention the A/C compressor pump was out! They also failed to mention the back rear window was off track they at least fixed that. But would not help with the cost of the A/C compressor pump.
