If I could give less stars I would! I bought a used 2012 Ford F250 SD Diesel truck with 69,000 miles on it. The truck looked real nice and it seemed to be a good buy at $41,000. When I got it back home I smelled antifreeze. It turns out the primary radiator was leaking. The next morning I noticed a oil leak and a transmission leak. I took it to the Ford dealership to have it checked out and the vacuum pump is also leaking. I called Payton Chevrolets so called "sales manager" Colby to ask if he could help with some of the repair cost. Is answer was "My records showed we had a certified technician look at this and none of those where present." We went round and round so I have reported them to the BBB. I wouldnt recommend this dealership, their Technicians are incompetent and their sales staff are only there for the quick buck. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! If you buy a vehicle from a "reputable" dealership you would expect no problems to occur within a months time. They never offered me an extended warranty. Like I said before this dealership is being reported to the BBB and hopefully a wise decision will be made on their part. It seems that I am not the only one with a problem from them. I seen two other 1 star rankings for once again, a problem with the service technicians.

We were from out of state. A break line broke while we were driving. Since it was thanksgiving, when our truck broke down; we had it towed to payton chevy on Friday. We had to get back to our state on Saturday night. We were told at first it couldnt be ready until Monday or Tuesday, and to replace all the break lines and fix everything it would cost $700. If we could have waited, then we would have. But they said they could do a temporary fix and safely get us home on Saturday. We went to pick the truck up on Saturday, and shocked at how much we were charged for a temporary fix! Almost $600!!!!! These people knew we were in a bind and took Full Advantage of us. We called once we got back into our home town. They did give us $112.00 back. Still thats a total rip off. Beware of these people.

Beware of the service department. They will give you a run around about your service. They spend too much time and money on unnecessary diagnostics. In short a Chevrolet certified mechanic could not diagnose a pump that went out after having the car a week with a few days in the shop. Took the car to a local mechanic to get the oil changed and he diagnosed the pump problem and changed the oil in less than 30 minutes. I have used many other Chevrolet service departments across the country and have never experienced the incompetence I found at this dealership. I once had over $2,500 worth of work done at Chevrolet dealership in one day completed by the end of day with a list of problems a page long. The car went in that morning and was fixed before closing time.

Sold me truck with multiple problems unbeknownst to us.... half hearted fixed problem with "rebuilt" parts, had to take it directly to another mechanic for the truck to even work correctly. I had heard nice things about them but am disgusted and supremely disappointed in them as a whole. Would not recommend Payton to my wprst enemy. Shawn in the service dept. Was great. I didnt appreciate Colten telling me "oh thats how pipes are supposed to sound" when I said something didnt sound right. Yet another out of pocket cost to me for an exhaust leak. Add to catalytic convertor im paying for as well, after owning the truck less than 60 days. If I could give less than 1 star, iost certainly believe they deserve it.

I want to thank Gary and the staff at Payton GMC. If you had not refused to offer $1000 more for my trade-in for the sale of the 2014 3500 HD (which is still on your lot), even though we had our own financing (which your finance manager tried to make my wife feel guilty about), I would have never found the 2016 GMC 2500 HD 6.6 Duramax at Crain GMC in Conway. They gave even more for my trade and made the sale. I love my new truck!! Unfortunately I can not give you my recommendation on here but, in lieu of that, I will recommend Crain Buick GMC in Conway. They can make a sale happen! Again, thank you.

My husband Terry and I recently purchased a Jeep Patriot from Paytons. Our Sales Rep. Colton, did a fine job getting the Jeep to the Dealership the same day that we were going to look at it which was within just a few hour notification. We were very pleased with the Jeep and they went beyond what they needed to to accommodate our needs. They are kindly installing a hitch on the jeep for us by request of my husband. We really are enjoying the new ride and appreciated everyone involved that made it possible and we would recommend Paytons to anyone! God bless each of you and thank you!

My wife and I have bought two vehicles from this dealership! They were all extremely professional and sincere, especially Daniel! The first car we bought from them was a Camaro that unfortunately was totaled 3 weeks after we purchased it. Luckily we listened to them and got the extra warranty and gap insurance, and we were able to go right back to them and they worked with us like family, understanding our situation, and they got us in a larger and safer Tahoe. I can honestly say the way they treated my wife and I, they gained customers and family for life.

We have bought our last three vehicles from Payton and have had no problems with our experiences. The sales man went up and beyond searching for the car that matched all the of my wants in a new car. We have had the vehicles serviced and have never had a problem. One of the nice things that I found at Paytons was letting us use one of their cars while ours was being serviced to go eat lunch, instead of being stranded there waiting on our car. That wouldnt happen in a large city!!! When we need another vehicle, we will be going back to Payton.

I purchased my GMC Terrain a couple years back and not only did I get great service FOR the sale but Ive also received fantastic service AFTER the sale as well!! Even if I just call with a question for the service department (which I have done) they always take time to answer it and explain the "whys". These guys truly do their best to give each customer a great experience and NEVER have I gone in and not been made to feel "at home"!!

Recently bought a 2014 chevy sonic. Love the car and had the best experience of buying a car i have ever had. The sales staff are beyond EXCELLENT especially Daniel Richey. I have also had my first routine maintenance done and the service was beyond EXCELLENT. They supplied me with a loaner car while mine was being serviced and cleaned. Will be a customer for life and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a great buying experience at Payton Chevrolet. Wanted to get my son started on the right track with credit. Told Colby the situation and he said hed try and do his best to get my son approved in his name.I told him what I was willing to do with a down payment for my son and he did the rest.
