First- anyone that writes a bad review on a car dealer because they responded to a marketing flyer on a price giveaway thinking they think they won a gold bar or something, well dont use that as your decision as to whether you want to buy a car from these people. Trust the experiences of people that have actually purchased cars from them. I decided I liked Ford a little better than Chevy (I used to be a chevy man) back when they were the only one that didnt take a handout. That earned my respect. Ive since bought 3 cars from them. I had a 2000 ford ranger I bought from a note lot. I went into this dealer to get it serviced. The service department was very professional and I had such a good experience I became interested in maybe trading in my wifes old toyota and getting a ford. We decided we liked the ford fusion hybrids. My income was strong but our credit wasnt perfect or the greatest. They worked hard and got us a really good deal on a 2010 program car with low mileage and gave us a fair price on the toyota. And the car was wonderful, we loved it. So much, about 9 months later I went in and traded my ranger in for a 2011 F150. Again they had to work pretty hard to get it financed but they did a great job and got me right within the payment area I wanted. So a bit later I went back and we traded in the 2010 for a brand new fusion. Again, they went the extra mile to get us the deal we wanted within our payment comfort. So no business or person is perfect thats for sure. But I can say without doubt, as an experienced actual customer having bought 3 vehicles from them and traded in 2, that Jayson Jones Ford will go the extra mile, work hard to get you a great deal and do everything they can to satisfy you. They are honest and treat you fair, regardless of what anyone else might say. Oh, and I plan on taking the 2011 F150 and trading it up for a new 2013 soon. :)

This is to you a Ford Dealer! I believe you are deceiving the public by stating in your own words( quote)If your number matches the number printed inside this flyer,Youve won one of these prizes.Hurry in to claim your Prizes! You state this twice inside and out (which all the numbers match I believe) See I guess Ive learned my lesson,You cant trust no one these days. What should have been said was if your number matches the one inside the this flyer we will put your name in a drawing that will be held at such and such time.Which I now even believe that would not happen unless you bought a car or truck from you.Do you realize how many people you are deceiving by doing this?Yes it does state at the bottom of the page in small print about the drawing. But people like me that had trusted Ford in the past, the older people that cant see the small print or cant read or write that well.Do you know that people really believe when they get there they will be going home with a prize at least $5.00 lol.How much gas money and time do you think they have wasted on you? I know I wont be buying a car or truck from you and maybe no Ford Dealer ship. And I have bought alot of trucks from Ford in the past. You should be reported to the Arkansas Better Business Bureau And the higher offices of Ford makers.Which may happen.

I just recently purchased an auto from this so called Ford dealership. I had the car transported to another state. Nothing wrong with that! only they had the nerve to send the car without temporary tags. They went so far as to email me a copy of the tags they claim they would send thru the snail mail. Then when I left messages and sent a letter to them via email they had no answerI mean they really didnt respond. During one of my conversations with the finance person Amanda, I asked how do you send the paperwork and extra set of keys, her answer was thru the mail. Of course I asked for clarification "express mail?" Amanda said "No" thats an additional money. Knowing that this is an out of state purchase one would think you have the capacity to do this. Then with the failure of their sales person to place tags on the car, you would think they would right the error as soon as possible. Here I sit four days and counting I guess I will have to speak to the authorities for the state to make sure my title comes without a hitch. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY. BEWARE!!!!

We got the flyer in the mail that we had won an iPad, but we all know that wasnt true. We go up there, and they wanna run our stuff, to see if we qualify for a car. They say that we do! So, we find the cars we like. Only issue is that we owe just under $5000 on the car we have now, and they are only offering like $2500 on it, plus a payment of like $440 a month! So we tell them we arent gonna be able to get it. Then, the boss man ASKS US how much is left on our car, and we tell him exactly as previously stated. He then states that they will pay off our car, and get our payments to right at or below $400! Awesome, right?? Hell no! That was all last night, and they call us this morning, after calling the place where our car is through. They said they had no idea that we owed almost $5000 on our car.....really mother effer?? Last I checked, you wrote it down and signed it. Guess that paper is in the garbage now. All I can say, is dont go here. They blow.

Awesome experience! Called from Memphis about a used Mustang on a Friday. They were very patient and helpful on the phone - no rush job or pressure so I was confident about driving up the next morning...and glad I did. They couldve played hardball since I was 3 hours from home but did not. They were still willing to deal and everyone I talked with there was polite and helpful. Its hard to find customer service like this anymore!
