First of all if there were 10 stars available I would give them a perfect 10. I have never experienced a smoother better car buying experience in my whole life! This dealership represents what any perspective car purchaser hopes to find, an honest straightforward dealership that is true to their word and cares about their customers. You may wonder why am I heaping the praise on so thick. Well heres why. In this day and age of megadealerships, even places like Costco, Sams Club and even Walmart jumping on the bandwagon to sell cars who could care less about the buyer and servicing them after the sale. Not only do these mega-entities not care about the customers but they usually dont care about their employees either. I chose to deal with Pischke Motors of LaCrosse who has been around almost a century. I found it through my transaction why this dealership has experienced such great longevity, they actually care about their customers and their buying experience. I dont live in La Crosse but I do live approximately 1200 miles away in a major metropolitan area, where many megadealerships exist. I found Pischke while I was shopping on the internet for my 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat. I called Dan, the sales manager, one morning very early to inquire about the car I found listed on the Internet. He was very honest straightforward and forthcoming. He told me what he could do regarding the sale of the car and our transaction was completed faster than it took for the sales person of our local megadealership to even find the keys to a Dodge Charger Hellcat. Imagine making a phone call and asking if the dealer wants to except your price, getting an honest answer, and closing the transaction and minutes instead of spending a day or days trying to make a purchase from a mega dealer. Not to mention spending hours and hours in the business managers office at a mega dealer explaining why you dont want to buy an overpriced extended warranty or a wheel repair policy . By the way, Pischkes extended policies were reasonably priced to boot. This transaction was quick efficient and painless.Dan and Corey (his well trained sales associate) had the sales documents emailed within an hour and overnighted with a return envelope for next day delivery for the originals. They also helped me arrange for transportation of the vehicle from their dealership to my door at a very reasonable price. So if thats not enough, they took pictures of the car on their dealership floor and while they waited a day or so for the transport truck to pick it up for delivery. They also made a personally narrated video of my vehicle being loaded into the truck. When my car finally got here a few days later I was surprised to find that Dan and Cory left some gifts in the car for me including a hat and an insulated car mug. Dan made this transaction easy comfortable and moreover fun! So if you survived reading this very long review you understand why I was so complementary above. These guys~ deserve it!!! If Dan is still there, and theres a good chance, hes been there 21 years so far, Ill buy my next car from him and I recommend that you do as well. Well done Dan and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love my new car.~

Im from Nebraska. Car got totaled from the hail storm this summer. I found a car online from La Pischke motors of La Crosse, WI. I emailed and ___contacted me a few times and then he never would get back to me. Not so good communication. I ended up having to get ahold of someone else because I really wanted the car. I got ___who was the best person in all of this. My boyfriend and I arrived on June 28th. We looked at the car, it looked good. ___ got a few things for us that we wanted to have. I decided to buy the car. We left and noticed the driver door had been repainted and it was obvious standing back from the car! We were back in less than 20mins from leaving. Im upset and ___ said he would get someone. ___, apparently the sales manager looked and said “There is no indication of it being repainted.” ITS OBVIOUS! He took it to the shop and brought it back. Said the same thing. We go into his office, im crying. How can you tell me you can’t tell! He argued with me saying “we get a lot of cars and I can’t check every one of them.” Are you kidding this is your job. He says “I didn’t see it, its not my fault. You didn’t see it either.” Yes I know that, but understand I came up here for a good car. This goes round and round and he ends up giving me a we owe you $500. He also didn’t let me talk to his manager, I was left out in the lobby crying. We left. On the way home my rear view mirror falls off and half of my in transits get ripped off in the wind since they are where the license plate is. Great. I call the bank a few days later for options. They said I could stop the contract because they don’t have any paperwork yet. I call la pischke and left a message. A guy calls back and starts telling me I have committed a federal offense. Why would the bank tell me I could do something if it was an offense? WHATEVER. I want to talk to a GM, the guy said a GM would call me. A lady calls me the next day and was rude. Says I have stopped a check of 2000…ummm I payed in cash. She says she hasn’t got some paperwork…how is that my fault? I try to tell her about the bad service. She asked “Why did you still come up here? REALLY! That makes you guys sound really good. I said because I trusted you guys for a good car! Didn’t get far with her but left a message for ___ the GM. He called next day, I called back and left a voicemail to call me back. He never did. I get over it and hope I don’t have to deal with this place ever again. Wrong. A month later I havnt got the we owe you $500. I also go to register the vehicle on the last day and no title. I call and someone from La Pischke sent it to the lean holder they said. I left another voicemail for ___. Yep, no response! I wait. Yesterday I call the lean holder to see if they have sent the title. They said they just received the title on AUG 12th from La Pischke!! You’re kidding, it took almost 2 months to send the title!! At this point since I highly doubt a GM will listen to my story, im leaving feedback. I have hardly got to drive this damn car, with hardly any in transits and now way over my registration date. Thanks La Pishke.

I brought my Nissan into this dealer because, while on a business trip, my trunk stopped latching. They have glass walls between the waiting area and the service area so I could see everything that was done to my poor car and I must say I am appalled. After an hour of taking crowbars to my car, hanging on the open trunk, slamming the trunk as hard as they could, and lifting the back of the trunk door up while it was open, they told me that the lock (part that latches the trunk) and striker plate (piece of metal that sits there and waits for the trunk to latch on to it) both needed to be replaced because the bolts that held both parts in place were not holding anymore. Notice that what THEY told me was the problem would not lead anyone to believe that lifting on the open trunk or hanging on the open trunk would fix anything. I also do not see how repeated slamming of the trunk would ever have any value other than relieving the mechanics frustration. I might be able to understand why they used a crow bar, thinking that it was bent. But even then, their solution clearly indicated that they thought the problem was the support bolts, not the bend of the part. I mentioned to them that they were far less than gentle on my trunk that normally requires only a light touch to close. The service manager told me that they were not going to apologize for anything and there were no cameras in the service area, so it didnt matter what I saw. What really made me mad was that he tried to argue that the stoppers would have made it so that slamming the trunk wouldnt have caused any more damage than trying to close it lightly. Really? This guy needed a physics class! Or else he was just trying to find out what would shut me up and get me to leave... well... I guess he won that one... I have no doubt that one of these parts needed to be replaced when I drove in. I have been a long time owner of my Nissan and have had it serviced by my home town dealer many times and been told many times that things were broken. Not once did I question them. This ONE dealership is a bad egg, the rest of the Nissan dealerships I have had work on my car deserve six stars. *****************UPDATE**************: I took my car to my local dealership and they actually said the hanging on the trunk thing could have been legit because my model car has a very specific problem with the trunk lid bowing. HOWEVER, neither of the parts that Pischke said needed to be replaced were broken at all. It was this bowing that was the problem, the parts Pischke wanted to replace are still in my car and working fine. Big picture... Dont buy a car from these guys unless you can have the service done somewhere else. Sorry, it seems to have reposted when I updated.
