I would recommend this business to anyone looking for answers and solutions to their computer problems. Thank you again, MR Computer! My laptop is running once again like brand-new after sweeping 480+ viruses from the machine. Any reviews you find for this company that are 5Star+ are on-target. I would recommend ignoring the low rating reviews as all my colleagues agree that MR Computer deserves only 5Star!

My kids had infected my computer with the fbi virus. i called around, and got may quotes and answers, i avoided the "squad" tho, Called MR and was very surprised at the personable treatment. took my computer in Tuesday morning, and it was ready tuesday afternoon. bryan explained to me how to best avoid issues like this, and other scams currently going around. my computer runs so much smoother. i would definitely reccommend my family and friends. Ive been going to Mr. Computer Services in Louisville for years. They recently moved from Downtown Louisville over to Bardstown Rd. Id have to say Ive only ever received top notch service. They are always helpful, friendly, and provide great service. I recently was having problems with my IPad 2 (dropped) and again they exceeded my expectations. I give them an A+ in my book and look forward to utilizing their services for many more years to come.

I had no idea what the repair was going to cost, but I was CERTAIN Id be without my computer for a week. I took it to Bryan and he quoted me a flatrate for the kind of repair I needed, which gave me confidence. Then, he said it would be done the next day! It wasnt... he called me back about 4 hours and said it was waiting on me. Not only did he do the repair, my laptop came to me cleaner than its been in months. Thanks, Bryan!

Awesome place, saved me $100 compared to what dell was charging and kept me up to date with shipping times of parts, and what was wrong with my device. Got my computer fixed in 3 days when dell told me it wouldve been 16. Cant thank this guy enough for the efficiency and cost.

I took my iPhone here to have a screen replaced, and it was done quickly and professionally. It is a Mom and Pop shop to be sure, but he does quality work and has very reasonable prices. Would recommend him 100%.
