Best Buy in Paducah sold me a projector for my laptop and said "everything needed to connect it was in the box", well it wasnt. So I went to Best Buy on Vetrans Parkway and after an hour plus 4 different "Geeks" they said they didnt know how to connect the two so theyd work. I searched computer shops near by and finally Brad at Bits and Bytes knew what I was talking about and even stayed a few minutes after closing to get me up and running! I highly recommend seeing Brad for anything computer related; I know I will from now on!

The Owner is a one man army, he has amazing product but lacks in consistency when an ETA is given. Give him slack or learn to fix your own stuff.
