After a month of not having my computer and at the brink of about to trash my computer, I brought it here because I was recommended by my girlfriend and I can say this is honestly the best customer service I have ever received. He fixed my computer for $20 and it was done in a day.Best Buy was trying to charge me $200. Thank goodness I went here instead.

FANTASTIC experience. The problems I had with my laptop required making some decisions as to if it was actually "worth" fixing the computer. Eventually, I decided to fix, and it was well worth the money. IF you have a dead computer, and youre not too sure it is worth fixing or not, give them a ring. Im happy I did.

Jesse fixed my Moms iPad! It works great now - and cost far less (about a third of the cost) than Apple would have charged to replace it (they wont fix them at all). Plus it was done very quickly. Yay for fixing, not having to trade in! Also cost less than his "worst-case" quote. Thanks Jesse!
