Went in to have blue prints copied, who ever waited on me had no clue what they were doing. I asked for 24 by 36. She gave me that,but so blurry you couldnt read them. Then she asked for help, and the other person printed out 18 by 24 on a sheet 24 by 36 and charged me for 24 by 36 although the that is not what I got. And it took an 1.5 to do this. Wont use them again. Staples had no problems giving what I asked for and paid for

Very poor. Employees seem to be more concerned about what they were doing other than there customers satisfaction. Stood there for 30 minutes before . I had to announce that I needed help to fax paper work. I Dont recommend this particular location to no one

They stayed 30 minutes past closing because I was trying to find the stuff I needed for a show and not once heard someone complain. They were helpful and courteous. OfficeMax lucked out on this group of employees!
