I called the store and spoke with Shaun who was very engaging and helpful right from the start. My issue was an old PC with Microsoft XP software that was completely out of date. Shaun advised me to bring my PC in for review, and was confident based upon its specs that it should be able to maintain Windows 7 Pro (their suggested OS for my situation), but advised me there was potential for the update to not "take." To make a long story short, Shaun worked some magic and made it happen for a very good price. These guys are good, funny, super easy to work with and they get the job done. I recommend them to anyone with a PC, laptop, or tablet issue. In the future, this will be the only IT service store I contact for advise or help. Very impressed with these guys!

Theyre helpful, knowledgable, reasonably priced, courteous and believe in excellent service. Ive taken my desktop to them a few times, and the last time after someone else worked on it and messed it up. I ended up purchasing a computer - and Dan was able to save a lot of my data from the one I brought in. Thanks!

Andrew and Dan are my Supermen. I called everyone in town about my corrupted files on a WD external drive. They was the only one that told me to come in. They was able to recover 95% of my data. Im in love....
