I will NEVER do business with this business again. Bought a USED computer monitor and was told it was great and had a good picture to it. Was charged almost 85.00. Got monitor home and the BRIGHTNESS and GLARE almost blinded you. Tried dimming it, buying a anti glare screen, and adjusting settings...nothing worked. Called back, gentleman working told me owner was not in, and that all sales are FINAL unless computer was broken. Explained to him problem, and was told again, all sales are final. Left name and number for owner, NEVER got return call. Yes, I was a FOOL to pay close to 85.00 for a USED monitor, and a bigger FOOL for not testing it out before leaving store. Great LESSON learned. However, I would never visit this place again or even recommend family friends or enemies to this location. All they cared about was getting my MONEY knowing their product was DEFECTIVE!!!!!

I give this business no stars if I could. The Tech did not validate my copy of VISTA after my HDD supposly failed and I had to find someone who actually new what they where talking about to actually do the job right. Theyre overprice and they under deliver! I will not recommend this guys to anyone. Specially if they take advantage of the people who dont know about computers! Ha for the guy that said the comment about Vista. The tech said that the computer couldnt run 7 so you must be just as bright as him. Your laptop was fried and they gave you $100? Are you sure it was fried? Sounds like you got rip off.

jose doesnt know what hes talking about, which is why he is using vista in the first place. This place is great. my laptop got fried and they gave me $100 trade-in for it and even let me keep the HDD which had all my data on it and sold me an external enclosure for it to use on my new computer that i bought from them for $300. That computer lasted for about 2 years before it needed any type of service, and now i am going back to buy 2 HDDs and memory for 2 other computers.

Went to drop off my laptop to have the CPU fan replaced at Geek Squad. Waited in line then they told me I needed to make an appointment to drop it off. So I thought I would try out All Good Computers. Great personable service with a smile. Cheap service and very timely. I recommend to anyone!
