I was shopping for 2 6 volt batteries for deer feeders. Went to Service Desk and was directed to look in the wrong place. And a second wrong place. Finally, I said, I have groceries in the car so if you dont have the batteries, Im leaving. Turned and got 3 steps away when he said there was 1 more place to look. That place was adjacent to the Customer Service area...and there were several 6 volt batteries. Either the Customer Service Rep doesnt know the stock or he was screwing with me. I left feeling like he and his 2 hangar ons were laughing.

Employees change regularly, employees sit on counter and laugh about no carts in the store and tell customers they have to go to the parking lot to get a cart. Shelves stay empty a lot.

I would go to Home Depot or lowes rather than this place. They dont have anything that you would need on a day to day basis. Absolutely ridiculous
