I shop here occasionally to help support local business, but if someone asked me what the best best store in Bloomington is I would have to send them to PetSmart. While T&T has a fantastic selection of high quality dog and cat foods, they also have very high prices. I also wish they carried Blue Buffalo which is a lot better than almost all of the foods they do carry. Customer service is mediocre, and Ive found most of the employees at PetSmart (and to a lesser degree PetCo) to be equally as knowledgeable of products, and animals. However if you are looking for a product that can be difficult to find in larger retail stores (like antlers) this is the place to go. Also a great local business to help support.

Wonderful local business that has been serving Bloomington pets and pet owners for years! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They love to give you free little treats and toys to take home to your pets here. It is more expensive than going to a Pet Smart or PetCo, but the service is exceptional (I cannot stress that enough!), and the selection of specialty, quality pet foods and treats is much better at T&T than you will find at a large chain. On top of that, the people that own and work at T&T KNOW their pet foods! They can talk to you knowledgeably about all the products that they sell, and even the ones they dont.

T&T is locally owned and has been around for a long time. The staff are very knowledgeable and truly care about quality, and they are happy to share smart opinions & advice. I can understand why some people may not feel that the staff are the friendliest people, but its really just a personality/communication thing, not that they are rude. The owner always carries my huge bag of dog food out to my car without being asked, and genuinely cares about me and my animals. If you dont want their advice, just dont ask for it. Their selection and the value you get as a return customer beats the big box stores.

I love shopping at T&T due to many reasons but mainly the staff is not just knowledgeable, theyre honest about the products, no sugarcoating or overly trying to make a sale. Also, they carry a huge array of food, toys, treats, ect. And, most bags of food (if not all) have a buy so many, get one free deal. I hear people complain about higher prices here but you have to factor in the quality of what youre getting as well as its a local business. Always support your neighborhood business! Theyre worth the extra buck or two!

Ive been a customer here for about 8 years. I fully trust them to help me with decisions with being polite, friendly, and also providing different opinions for my fur babies. They have plenty of variety for treats, bones, and food. The place is clean and welcoming. Hours are reasonable and its never too busy so youre in and out. They even help you carry the food to your car. I love this place. Please support your local businesses!

I am so mad at myself for not going here sooner, its close to home, locally owned, and best of all, the dogfood I was buying at Petco is significantly cheaper here. Or wait, maybe the best part is the 3 lazy and sweet cats that roam around the store! T and Ts has a great selection of everything. Support local a business and get great deals! And not to mention a free treat for your pet from the owners :)

Family owned pet food and supplies. They have the best name food brands in Bloomington and are very helpful. They are always willing to help carry my pet foods to my car. See if any other pet stores will do that. I do not no anybody that is not happy shopping at the store. It is close to my hone all the pet supplies I need and willing to help you what else can you ask for.

The employees of this family owned store are helpful and friendly and often give you an extra treat for your dog and cat. Plus there are several adorable shop cats lazing about the store. I always go here before any of the big chains. The store is a lot bigger than it seems from the outside, and they have a nice selection. The prices are GREAT.

I had been shopping here off/on for about 5 years, good selections of pet foods & treats, but HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, and sometimes downright nasty. I wont go back, they arent the only place in town to purchase healthy pet products. Why support local folks if they treat other locals like filth?
