After the excellent customer service I received from the store manager, April and her staff, I felt the need to give a 5+ rating. I am absolutely thrilled to see this store come into our area, the people of Zionsville need this. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and see such a beautiful clean store and then to get a personal tour of the beautiful dog wash and store was shocking, you just dont get this type of customer service anymore. I will definitely be a customer for life and will also spread the word. Thank you for coming to Zionsville..

This store is great. Smaller, homier version of Pet-Smart with more individualized customer service and plenty of quality items for sale. Brought my dog here for a free bath from the coupons received after the Indy Mega Pet Adoption. The self-service dog washes are really easy to use and a pretty painless experience for both the owner and dog. I enjoyed the personal attention from the staff and will definitely be back for more washes and treats/toys!

I went into the store the other day. Loved the customer care. Just looking for something for my puppy joint pain. Store manager April Carlton was amazing on helping me get the right stuff for her. One happy puppy means one happy customer.

The place has a self serve pet shower/bath. Healthy pet food, and a nutritionally knowledgable staff. They even keep a log of what you bought so you can see what your pet liked and didnt.

Self service dog baths are amazing and they have an air dryer for fluffy dogs! Staff is super nice i was happy to pay them to wash my dog thats how wonderful my experience was!
