After researching the best food to feed my new kittens, I decided on a brand... Only to find that the pet store I had been going to didnt carry it, or anything even remotely as good. Thankfully, there was Pet Supplies Plus right across the street that not only carried the food I was looking for, but a TON of other great holistic and natural products right along side the better known brands. Add in the great customer service, the perks for being a preferred club member (free food!), and the general cleanliness of the store, and I will definitely be returning.

I have tried this store repeatedly, always hoping for better service. It never happens. If there is help on the floor finding a product, the cashiers are surly. Usually the cashiers make it quite clear waiting on customers is quite an inconvenience for them. This visit I stood in line waiting while the other cashier looked items up on Amazon for the customer ahead of me in line. Then he waited on the gentleman behind me. My advice is avoid this over-priced pet food store and shop elsewhere

The self-dog-wash is terrific. Its about $10 (or you can buy a booklet and save a buck or two per wash). They have these big tubs is a little room in the back (5-6?). They provide you with a couple of towels, an apron, and a short lead for your dogs neck. There are also five different types of soap (included). Wash your dog, rinse your dog. Flip a switch and the dry-hose comes on and you dry your dog. That was easy. Im actually on my way there today to do it.

When looking for fish this is not the store to go to. They have moved to a bag it yourself setup. The stock options have shrank, and worse they had 50 dead fish in different tanks, not counting feeder tanks. I am not sure why the store has made this change, but I use to buy fish there all the time. I would never buy a fish from them again. If you shop with children I would never want them to see so many dead fish in one place. Other pets I can not rank them.

The customer service was off the charts at this store. I was over at their competitor across the street just prior to going to this location, and there is no comparison! I was so pleased, I hugged the Manager on duty...twice! And I am not usually a person who gives strangers hugs! She also carried my large item out to my car for me! I an a Human Resources professional and I can tell you this is a truly amazing team of employees that work here!

I shop here for dog and cat food. They have a great selection of quality, premium brand, food with a wide range of price points and often have really good sales. The customer service is always good, Im never met with a rude or grumpy employee. Everyone is really helpful and friendly

I love that I can bring my dog in to bathe her myself, however it is not posted anywhere on the website that they close the baths an hour before the store closes. Was not happy since I drove 15 minutes to get here.

Love the self dog wash...the staff was so friendly. I didnt know the wash closed an hour before the store so i came in at like 755 and they were awesome enough to let me wash my dog anyway ! Definatly will be back

Its nothing special. For a pet store I thought that it would be cleaner. Employees were friendly but, not helpful. Not a big selection. Will shop somewhere else the next time we need something.

Large selection of science diet pet food unlike the competition across the street! Store seems a little tight and compact but prices are fair and they always have what I need!

Sometimes they are out of science diet light cat food. Other then that prices are great. Cheapest clumping litter.
