First of all the guy who helped me with fish told me I couldnt have the fish that I wanted because they were aggressive (which they are not) and while he was telling me not to get these fish there was dead fish in their tanks. I bought five fish, 3guppies and 2mollies on July 17 and on the morning of July21 I noticed one of my guppies had tail rot, I rushed to Walmart and got stuff to help it and to prevent the other fish from getting it and a few hours later it died. They told me I could take a picture or video the dead fish because I had to bring it to the store in a baggy with water from my tank. It wasnt my fault it was theirs because they dont take care of their fish. I live a hour away and I am not driving a hour to bowling green. He told me to put it in my freezer! How discussing! I do not recommend this store for fish!! Unless you want them dead a week later.

A good amount of the shelved items had a layer of dust. The prices are higher than if buying online (for the items I looked at), or from other retailers. The first time I went the cashier hit on me in very rude way ("hey baby, whatchu doin later, lets meet at my place"). The second time, the cashier clearly did not want to be there or have to deal with people. I understand bad days, we all have them, but he was flat out mean! I like that I can take my dog shopping with me, but Im not sure if its worth paying nearly double on some items versus going somewhere else.

So Ive been a petco customer for over 8 years. This particular Petco though very clean, nice smelling and good selection . The customer Service tonight was lazy and time consuming. After asking for assistance the young ladies stood outside smoking and carring on until I had to hunt down someone in the store. Then after walking around the store I finally found someone standing by the regisyetbamd got help. Normally I really enjoy my experience here but tonight they were defently off thier game.

The staff was very patient with me and answered all my questions about my new pet. They even gave me a coupon book and helped me clip the coupons for what I was buying. I took way too much of their time and they didnt mind at all. They were very knowledgeable, passionate and helpful. They didnt make me feel dumb or annoying. There is a great selection of products with great deals. It is conveniently located. This will be my official pet shop!

We came in here on a busy night. I think everyone was looking for a pet mouse on the same night. The poor worker was swamped. This is when management should step in and help assist. It took us about 2 hours to get our mice and a minute to leave. The workers did great and the service was was great for the ones we worked with. Overall good experience. The kids left excited and thats what counts.

Very disappointed that they only carry disposable cat litter boxes that sold in multi packs starting at 49.00. I was traveling needed a disposable cat litter box that could fit in a SUV. The multi pack that they sold was 2ft by 3ft. I could not believe how large they were. Needless to say I did not find what I needed.

I have been a Petco customer for several years now and will always be one. Sandreia is amazing at her job and helps anyone who needs it. I definitely give this Petco store a 5 star rating, they have definitely upgraded to bigger and better with lots more varieties to choose from. Keep it up Petco!

Went to buy two hermit crab. The staff were super friendly and professional. They were so willing to help, and gave advice on the best pets for 8-year olds. Great experience!
