I recently had an issue that needed addressed & the management went above & beyond to meet my customer service needs & the staff is always super friendly. Sometimes I call with questions or concerns about our animals & they are very helpful & pleasant. We purchased a Cocker Spaniel puppy from there in 2007 & to this day shes healthy ,playful & a huge part of our family.

They cut two big chunks out of my dogs actual ear and he was traumatized for a month. It took two months for his ears to heal. He would not come out of bed to eat, pee, poop or anything. Do not take your pets here.

We adopted our cat from this store. They were very attentive and helpful in the process. Also purchase hard to find wet cat food here as well. (Dr recommended for feline urinary issues) Plenty of parking as well.

Took my Maltipo puppy to the salon for grooming and SPEFIFICALLY SAID. "Take very little off." They hacked her to the skin. Pet smart just lost a loyal customer for life. Stay away from their salon.
