I was very disappointed the last trip I made there. I had previously been there and had great customer service however upon returning recently I was one of many customers being ignored. The manager and groomer were on staff and the groomer was helpful when searched out however the entire front of the store was unattended and I was one of many customers who was left to search out some form of service. I am writing this review after being the third person in a week I have heard complain about recent customer service.

went in to buy my tenth bag of dog food in there buy 10 get one bag free deal but I was told I had to two bags to get one free . So maybe I was wrong so I made a mental note (buy one next time I get one free ) but when I show up next time what do you think they said ? No you have to buy two bags to get one !! Someone changed the card to make me buy two extra bags so for me and my four dog we will never be back in Pat sense .

This is my favorite pet supply store. The staff is polite and helpful. The store is very clean. Our silly Pointer Mix is always welcomed warmly, he loves to see the kittens up for adoption. The groomer is "The Dog Whisperer" with him and his nails. Visiting the store is always a pleasant experience.

Second time I carried my Maltese to be groomed they did an unexceptable job. Had to take him home and try to get him looking presentable. With the high cost they charge, I would expect better service.

Had a wide variety of cat and dog food, beds, toys and collars. But they had an extremely small section for other animals. So for you are an average pet owner, its a great place.
